Drums: Joey Jordison. Him and the band parted ways due to an illness that caused him to lose the use of his legs. He recovered, but sadly passed in 2021. RIP #1

The great thing about metal is you can interpret it in anyway you like, (especially with genius lyricists like Corey) if it means something to you it may not mean the same thing to someone else, I'm pretty sure if everyone listened to metal, it would help them work through some things.. great reaction my guy! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

I totally agree. After leaving a bad relationship this was the theme of how I felt after getting free. Other friends view the lyrics differently

Check out Lifted by South Korean pop, rap & hip-hop artist CL. She grew up in France because both her parents were professors, as well as Japan. And yes-- It's a cover of the Method Man track of the same name! I'll never forget the day my man noticed it was that and pointed out that The Legend himself made a cameo in her music video for the cover, which was filmed in NYC.

@@StaxReacts I recommend getting some lyrics ready in advance, because while you can make them out when sung, it comes at you in different intervals that can splice your mind from seeing them as a collective. They're driving rhythm changes from drums to guitar to vocals to bass to whatever their jazz brains concoct in metal/hardcore execution. You may be lost in the first listen, but when you see all the shifts, after multiple listens you rock harder because you've EARNED the patience to fully GET it. Much love! 🤘🤘
