In general (and in my interpretation) the song is about the public kind of abusing the singer of this band. I think I read about some background, the singer (Hyrde) had some unpleasant (but probably true) things to say about the music industry and the metal fan scene and the media and metal fans did not like that so he got some crap for it. So it's kind of what this song is about, I believe. But on the issue, at least to me the song is about king alcohol and taxes the king requires of you. You get naked, you go swimming, you get into a brawl and lose a tooth and when done too much alcohol you eventually burn in hell. Fun fact: the lead singer of Stam1na also directs all the videos so he's basicly just written stuff where he gets hurt.
