After a few tries, and wondering if my computer is playing up with the heat, it seems there may be a playback intermittent glitch. All other videos play 100%, but this one sometimes won't load - tried different browsers with same issue. Only happens on PC - on the phone no problems. No issues reported by anyone else yet - so not sure what it is.

@@suzettebakelaar I know its not Mr H - and I know DM has some issues - this was strange though, as sometimes wouldn't even start loading - just the circular ball going round and round. I know DM is used to get around YT blocks - but not a platform you could use all the time like YT - not sure I have seen a video brought back from there before - wasn't even sure YT wouldn't block it again - but so far so good. Apart from the glitches 😀 I have a couple over there - not BZ - that vanished from YT ages ago. So if this one lasts might ask Mr H to try one.

Maybe the glitches you seen/heard is Sanne (miss Montreal) she stutters. She doesn't stutter when she sings tough. I love her she is so down to earth and funny. Love your channel, grtz from the Netherlands ♥️🇳🇱

The original is from klein orkest. The singer and writer is a comedian. He has a lot of great songtekst. I love the one about that bird are the only ones who can fly over the Berlin wall. It's called de muur. You should listen to that one if you can find English subs.

Surprised it suddenly got unblocked lol....there's indeed a glitch in the video and a delay in the subtitles but I didnt't want anyone to miss this song as I find it amazing...and Tabitha sings it so beautiful. And she almost broke down at the end and that always gets me. And I also love Sanne as she's incredibly funny and also very open about her self. And this song is indeed meant for everyone. Part of the reason why people laugh at these lyrics is because Dutch culture frowns upon selfgratification. It is all about the collective and not the individual. So saying "I love me" is so not done. It is the genius .of Harry Jekkers, to get the message across in a way that is acceptable without losing any of the power of the text.

Yes, this is a very good program. It's already there for 10 years. Everytime different well known musicians from The Netherlands. All of them are singing songs that they usually don't sing. Each season is with a certain group. Also each show 1 person is the person that the other musicians sing/perform for. Also all musicians have a completely different style. This song is pretty good. The lyrics are very meaningfull. I like BTS from Korea. They also sing about love yourself. They have very positive messages. I love their Love Yourself/Speak Yourself albums and concerts. Also support their Campaign for Unicef. Keep on going with your positive channel.

Yes, it is Harry Jekkers who wrote the song. It is a bit of a "tongue in cheek" kind of song with a surprising ending. Maybe worthwhile to check the original version. Not sure if English subtitles are available. This version of Tabitha is not my favourite.

No, he had to do a step back as he was heading for a burn-out. (At the time he was also preparing to host Eurovision, he is a singer in his own right and does a couple of other TV-shows) He's replaced by his good friends Nick&Simon. Also singers from Volendam. Very talented in their own right.

Hi PaulF Suzette here (different account). This season is more about the singer/songwriter. So a lot of emotional songs, but still the people come from different backgrounds. The "older"guy is really not singing, more speaking on music :) for example but is very emotive in his "delivery" and gets a lot of tears from the other artists.
