Pau is very good at putting emotion into her vocals. 18 when this was posted, she did this as a challenge from insta. Learned the song in about 4 hours, so the yell at the end was because she pulled it off. Afaik, they only have one song with 'adult language'. They used the "F" word in "Consume" on the latest album. Which , btw, their Mom was less than thrilled with, she kept trying to get them to change the lyric. lol. They even used the radio friendly version when they recently covered "You Oughta Know" by Alanis Morrisette, at Sirius XM.

Some fans have reported the use of Alanis Morrisette's original lyrics in a live performance of "You Oughta Know". I think if you poke around a bit you will find a fan-cam recording of it.

The irony of Pau, a very charismatic and attractive woman, singing that song... and yet, she probably does see herself as a bit of a weirdo at least in the sense that she's far from ordinary, is very intense, and her life has been outside most people's experiences. Regardless, she brings it - the raw emotion that this song needs and embodies.

Just Pau and an iPhone; no studio gear, no post-processing, just blinding talent. This version is tied with Haley's (Postmodern Jukebox Radiohead Cover ft. Haley Reinhart kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2TPd2WneqZlmdk&ab_channel=PostmodernJukebox) as my two top versions of this song. The styles are different, but the level of talent in both is insane.

I have to say I'm not a fan of Radiohead's use of the swear word in their song. It just hits me wrong for some reason. But whatever. Pau knows her audience and plays to it, and I really like her cover (and her joy at mastering it).
