The fourth video Martha recorded with Lucy and she had the lead position, first time and she nailed it !!! To answer your question, the original was performed by Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston in the Disney movie The Prince of Egypt. As others have said it's from The Prince Of Egypt';a Disney film and has been covered by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. First time Martha took the lead in Their 4th duet together and you see the growth in voice and confidence and she no longer braces herself when Lucy is about to take off just a half smile instead.

When You Believe - From 'The Prince Of Egypt'; previously covered by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey - Here Lucy Thomas, aged 17 years (nearly three years ago) and Martha aged 11 years. Diamonds in the making. It's Lucy's twentieth birthday this month (February 2024), easy to believe when you look at her beauty but almost impossible to comprehend when listening to her superlative voice. You may have guessed I'm a fan!

I can just imagine their mother's feelings when the sisters had reached this stage. Lucy already an acknowledged star in the UK, little Martha being equally talented and, frankly, this must be worrying situation: How to manage their childhood and development as a normal child? Angelina Jordan's family managed it and, by all appearances, so did the parents of Lucy and Martha Thomas. What we see are well-balanced teenagers entering a troublesome period of fame, hopefully with their head screwed on properly.
