It's good to travel to places which you do not know so well and discover with your own eyes. Georgia is quite popular among Polish tourists, I haven't been but I was told by other people that it is an extremely nice, unspoilt country with hospitable people, great nature, huge mountains, good food and wine! Lots of Georgians work in Poland, many taxi drivers from Bolt or Uber come from Georgia. They also run restaurants here.

Hey! Just "walked" into this movie, welcome to Georgia! Very nice how you guys explore Batumi without any "knowledge", with all respect, very funny to see! I'm a Dutch guy, Living in Georgia with my Georgian wife for 4 years now, so I have had the privilege to explore Batumi and the rest of Georgia with a local guide.👌 We started a Family Winery and are building a full Marani and are making beautiful honest and traditional wines in Kakheti region. If you will come to this region and would like to do some wine tasting or get a local tour, my wife loves to tell all about beautiful Georgia and their many beautiful traditions, history and culture! And I could tell you more about my Dutch view on things here ;) Gagwimarjos!

This is awesome guys! I'm a new subscriber here & I am soooo glad that you've both visited Georgia, as it really is a stunning country, yet, still very underrated globally. A country possessing wonderful & friendly peoples, so full of very rich history, such beautiful architecture & culture, plus so much more! I myself am part Georgian, although I've never visited, but have long wanted to & some day in the near future, I certainly will. Thanks for sharing & for informing/educating those watching this video. Here's wishing you both more happy & enjoyable travels, wherever the road may take you.

I'm surprised what you said about the prices. I was there 3 years ago. We paid less than 10 euros for a dinner for 2 with alcohol. For a taxi 7h 300 km less than 25 euro. The greatest treasure of this country is people. They are very friendly and helpful. While in the restaurant, we hit a birthday party. While waiting for the order, the Jubilarian brought us a plate of food and a jug of homemade wine. When they found out that we are from Poland, they were our friends right away. Btw your apartment its next to Kaczyński st polish past president

The mini ferris wheel, built into the tall building you shared with the viewers, is just decorative. It doesn't work. Also, the structure you showed early on with the ball on top, is the alphabet tower. Those are Georgian letters being displayed.

i saw in a documentary that it works...so it's not just decorative. Maybe decorative just for the moment but they definitely want to make it an attraction

I have watched a young Russian digital nomads video on Batumi. Batumi is more expensive than the rest of Georgia and most Russians go to the smaller neighboring cities near it to escape the high prices. It is the warmer part of a cold country that exists in the higher elevations of the Cacaus ( spelling is ???) Mountains.

Actually the black sea region of Türkiye is very rainy and green! It has an oceanic climate. It does not have Mediterranean climate at all! Also the myth of "golden fleece" passed in Colchis. Colchis was a land in black Sea region of Türkiye and Georgia. People of the black sea region of Türkiye and Georgia are connected ethnically since ancient times. People of Greece and Türkiye are connected as well!
@giopa1108882 жыл бұрын
you are talking about Lazs, which is a Georgian sub-group living in historical Georgian lands of north-east Anatolia now part of Turkiye. Colchis was a Georgian kingdom in ancient times (BC), while Turks arrived in Anatolia in the middle ages. writing this because from your comment it sounds like Colchis has something to do with Turkiye, which is not true.
