Checkout El Nido in Palawan, Boracay island, Cebu, and Siargao. Sure you gonna enjoy those places i mentioned..... and there are more places to visit. 1 year of stay is not enough. Thats why my husband and i endup staying here for good. Cheers!

1. Credit Cards are not that popular in the PH but you can definitely use em in most of the restaurants, malls, groceries. 2. I suggest you postpone your island hopping trips if it has bad weather because youll be riding small boats for most island hopping trips. 3. Filipinos are naturally friendly but there are also people who will try to take advantage of you. So always try to keep your belongings and cash on safe places where you can see them and be mindful of the prices of stuffs youll buy. example : fresh coconut would cost you around 20 to 30 pesos but when i tried to buy one on cebu, they tried to sell it to us from 100 pesos to 300 pesos depending on the seller. Also coconut is very sweet when its fresh from the tree. but overall, it is fairly safe here in the PH. 4. I hope you enjoy the Philippines. 5. Try Cebu, Palawan (Coron, El Nido, Puerto Princessa),Siargao, Boracay, Davao, Batanes, Bicol (Mt. Mayon, and some beaches and islands), Bohol (other than beaches, theres also the "Chocolate Hills"). - theres still a lot of places to visit but thats amongst the most popular. 6. Congratulations on hitting thousands of views in these PH videos. 7. I love this country. I hope you will too.

When you arrived in El Nido Palawan try the Tao Expedition,touring remote islands for package...try to ask the local people there where you can find that tour... Definitely you will amazed what the Paradise Islands in the Philippines 🇵🇭!!

Malls in the Philippines are just MASSIVE y'all.. Always like a maze and a Challenge to walk into but to top it all out its so much FUN especially its very affordable. i love the way you present your vlogs. so free flowing and i can surely feel the good vibes. if you like coffee then you are in the right neighborhood (makati). it has yardstick, the curator, and toby's estate. By the way, Venice Mall is in Mckinley Hill which is different from BGC. But these two are so close to each other. Consider visiting Intramuros and Luneta Park both in Manila City. These are historical sites with museums, century-old churches and a lot more

There's Tim Hortons, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and another coffee shop beside CBTL just in front of the mall 😍 And yup, for those fast food chains and not really big/fine dining restaurants (pay as you order type payment) they wouldn't have credit card options mostly Cash basis only. 🙂

Try visiting the casinos here you'll be surprised at the size and what it has to offer inside :) dont forget to visit Mall of Asia too :) and Greenhills shopping center for bargains of clothes and stuffs, antiques etc. You wont finish the whole of Metro Manila in just a few weeks, there's even a secret speakeasy bar inside a 711 convenience store somewhere in BGC, the hunt is on. It's worth finding out, goodluck! :)

Yes, try some of our comfort food especially during rainy season. The soup Tinola or Bulalo will be great to eat it with garlic rice. Oh, prepare calamansi lemon with soy sauce and a dub of red chili as additive to the soup. Enjoy your dinner guys and God bless

there's a lot more to BGC. This is actually a separate area which is still technically part of BGC, but its disconnected from the main part. Most of BGC looks like a city which has lots of stuff outside on the street level. So it's super easy to walk around

It's monsoon season so don't forget to pack an umbrella when you can and use some off lotion or insect repellant if you can. The mosquitos are getting more active lately. So stay safe. Hope both of you can enjoy the country though ^_^ as for stores not accepting cards, from what i know, the machines needed for reading cards are too expensive so usually only the larger stores have them. A good tip would be to have some change in hand for unexpected emergencies.

The Philippines Specifically Manila is being run by Consumption (people with savings) instead of debt. And that is one of the reason why there are still a lot of stores not accepting a card. 7 Out of 10 filipino's doesn't have a credit/debit card. They are using cash. But there's a lot of establishments in here that already accepting cards/cash/ or through electronic payment. It depends on the location.

I believe it's the rainy season there atm. I usually visit around January, right after Christmas. Not as humid and barely rains. If the weather is bad in the Philippines, it can be dangerously bad, especially if you're planning on island hopping. Have a fantastic time there! I'm planning on visiting for the 4th time this January 😊

Rain is a blessing in the Philippines. You guys are guaranteed the air you breath is pollution free and the water you swim is clean. Thanks to the rain our rivers, lakes and seas are cleanest in Southeast Asia. We have a lot of active volcanoes too which other Asean countries don't have. Earthquakes can be fun too in this country.
