There are 3 seaports in Bangladesh at present. The largest one Chattogram and the second largest Mongla are in full operation. The third in size and capacity Payra port is partially in use. A fourth one named Matarbari Seaport is on its way to be opened and become fully functional very soon.

The giant ball is not an oil ball. It was not designed to carry oil or petroleum. That ball is most likely part of an LNG carrier ship. Google "LNG carrier ship" and see the wikipedia entry. You will see tons of pictures of ships with giant ball-shaped tanks embedded within them. LNG stands for liquefied natural gas, and those giant balls are tanks that hold LNG (methane cooled down to be in liquid form).
