Nice video but, I am sorry, I need to comment on something.... on 6:48 you said, and I quote "... people of color are capable of creating this things like Greeks or Romans"... people of color are capable of creating like ancient europeans? Wow, that sounds racist, both the diferenciación of the people's color - people are colored everywhere, no one is transparent so far... I mean, what was the need? There were so many words to use instead, to avoid misunderstandings.. and also, "are capable of things like Greeks or Romans", uh....well, acctually, it was not the best civilizations to compare among with -yes, civilizations, as I am sure you know, Teotihuacan is one of the oldest proper cities in America - since the Greeks and Romans never built pyramids and the other kind of structures in this ancient city for living or for advanced astronomical studies or mysticism, and surely, they never get to construct proper toilets in some of the rooms like in here. It would be better to name Egyptians for that comparation ... oh wait...but those would also be people of color in your understanding right? So the compliment you intented wouldn't sound the same? Sorry if I sound rude, no intention, just wanted to give you all the picture, and sorry to point all this out, I know (or hope) you mean well, you both look like very nice people, glad you enjoy your visit, but I need to said it didn't sound good, just keep that in mind, if you care for it of course 🍀

Hi there! We were quoting our Mexican historian tour guide who was educating the group on the harmful misinformation of shows such as ancient aliens filming at Teotihuacán and saying it’s so incredibly engineered that aliens must have done it instead of honoring the intelligence and technology of the people who created the structures and how that same show and idea aren’t often questioned with other ancient civilizations. We always appreciate hearing other perspectives - thanks for watching! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Mexico and learning more about its wonderful people.

@@AndrewandKait Hi, thank you for taking the time to read my long comment and understand the sense of it, I was never my intention to offend you something like that so really appreciate you understand, hope that it may help in future time, and thank you very much for the clarification on that those words didn't come from you, that tour guide surely needs to be aware of his own language, maybe he doesn't have enough vocabulary in English to explain better, or he really thinks that way, so it was his mistake. About the alien stories, there are many of them all around the world, but thank you for honoring the work and wisdom of those who builds that on ancient times. You are always welcome in Mexico and I hope you can visit much more places and enjoy them 🤗🙏🍀
