Don't be deceived! As a westerner. You are in significant danger traveling around the middle east! Terrorist groups get a hold of you and shows over!

I wonder if you would get the same respect if you didn't have a camera?

Of course he would! Especially since our people aren’t really into KZbin vlogs and all that. You can literally see them talking to HIM and not the camera. I dare you, even if you weren’t a foreigner and were an Iraqi just like them, to not get half of the treatment he got. I dare you to go ask someone for a direction and not get it. I dare you to go there as a guest and pay your own food.

Come to Iraq and see this without the camera. The most beautiful thing is that this is not only for visitors, but even among us.

Who said that?! 🙂 Did you hear them say this with their own tongue’s?! Or did someone that doesn’t even live there tell you? I understand why a lot of people like you think that, and it’s because of the media that’s trying to let you think so. But trust me, as a young adult that has lived there for most of her life, it’s 100% not like that. It might be for some families but it’s rare. You can find such families and people in every country, religion, and culture. The whole media industry is trying to paint us with a black layer, most likely because we’re a really peaceful and kind community.
