Iraq is beautiful country, but western terrorists distroy it for oil and geopolitics
@Aboaflam Жыл бұрын
@watup3494 Yes and mars have flying fish. Mesopotamia has been inhabited by many throughout history ever since the dawn of sumeria, and most likely earlier. Iraq is a crossroad of civilization, a melting pot. But politics will always thrive on separating and conquering shit. By proclaiming that your a racist your submitting your self to the forces that divide,separate and conquer people. Basically a tool. Think free and fuck labels. Wake up, what you said is incredibly narrowminded, you speak with eloquence that does not mean that your spitting facts. Iraqi peoples genetics are mixed. Sumerian,babylonian,assyrian,arabic,medow(kurdish),persian(elam) /Gingis khan etc. That pure race bullshit is so old man, fresh our mind with new horizons. Tonto

There’s been much worse that’s happened to other countries even in just the last 100 years. Iraqs biggest challenge right now is getting a competent, responsible, and honest government. Between its oil reserves and potential for archaeological tourism it has a ton of potential. It just needs a good and competent government to tap into this potential.

The vivacious but sweet young woman @12:16 is a wonderful advert for the Iraqi people and Baghdad, as are those craftsmen, those markets, and those carpets. It is heart-warming to see that this great civilization has come through its involuntary 'encounter' with America's disastrous Liberal Hegemony vanity project with its cultural identity still intact. It has just made it onto my bucket list as a place to visit (provided it is possible to get there without a stop-over in the rogue state - I am not totally comfortable with even the thought of just over-flying a place from which the negative energy of 75 years of accumulated bureaucratic evil and psychological violence must so strongly emanate.)

Ale, you said you just travel with a small backpack and cannot bring larger souvenirs home, but actually, you can ask merchants to ship items for you. I have "traveled light" but had carpets, sculptures and more shipped to my home. Just remember to get a receipt and take note of the name of the shop and person that shipped your items. Thanks for this video of Iraq. It is enlightening. 😊

That's a great idea! I'm always a bit skeptical with the shipments but perhaps I should try it at least once in the future. Glad you liked the video, thank you!:)

It’s not worth it because the items dont always arrive. Its always best to carry it or dont buy it.

I think it's just going back to normal like it used to be. They say, Iraq is more religious than Iran but Iraq are more open-minded and women have more freedom to wear or not to wear hijab.

The pomegranate place is called hajji Zbale which kinda translates to old man trash but it is one of the most iconic juice shops and although it is very small and modest some of the most prominent leaders and celebrities always visit to drink their juice. (Place always been family owned, I met the current owner once and he is the sweetest)
