@watup3494 Yes and mars have flying fish. Mesopotamia has been inhabited by many throughout history ever since the dawn of sumeria, and most likely earlier. Iraq is a crossroad of civilization, a melting pot. But politics will always thrive on separating and conquering shit. By proclaiming that your a racist your submitting your self to the forces that divide, separate and conquer people. Basically a tool. Think free and fuck labels. Wake up, what you said is incredibly narrowminded, you speak with eloquence that does not mean that your spitting facts. Iraqi peoples genetics are mixed. Sumerian, babylonian, assyrian, arabic, medow(kurdish),persian(elam) /Gingis khan etc. That pure race bullshit is so old man, fresh our mind with new horizons. Tonto

There’s been much worse that’s happened to other countries even in just the last 100 years. Iraqs biggest challenge right now is getting a competent, responsible, and honest government. Between its oil reserves and potential for archaeological tourism it has a ton of potential. It just needs a good and competent government to tap into this potential.

I found this channel during Ale's Lebanon series and it was just amazing. I love the interaction with locals which makes these videos because showing different sites around the cities doesn't do it justice. You MUST interview and speak to the locals to get a feel about any country/city. These videos could easily be used as reference material before you travel to these places because they are that good.

The vivacious but sweet young woman @12:16 is a wonderful advert for the Iraqi people and Baghdad, as are those craftsmen, those markets, and those carpets. It is heart-warming to see that this great civilization has come through its involuntary 'encounter' with America's disastrous Liberal Hegemony vanity project with its cultural identity still intact. It has just made it onto my bucket list as a place to visit (provided it is possible to get there without a stop-over in the rogue state - I am not totally comfortable with even the thought of just over-flying a place from which the negative energy of 75 years of accumulated bureaucratic evil and psychological violence must so strongly emanate.)

The first thing that was said to me at passport control, by a guy in full military strip, complete with bushy moustache, was in broken English: "Welcome to my country". I know one word in Arabic but it didn't matter. A smile - it's the same in any language. I will be back for sure.

Do u realize ur in a place that contributed and gifted humanity so so much enjoyed and to this day ! it’s, well the “cradle of civilization” colossal inventions that changed the course of humanity frankly. the plow, irrigation, cultivation, medicine, the wheel, right there changed Homo sapiens from hunter/gatherer to “civility” Also, music, art, mathematics, law, philosophy, astronomy and and and were INVENTED here only for the “white man” of Europe expanded and utilized on an invention that was already present centuries possibly millennials prior ! My parents brought me to the US exactly half a century ago (1974) and I was a child. Still retain some vague distant images and silhouettes ! ❤ USA 🇺🇸 Greetings to all my 🇮🇶 sisters and brothers. ‏السلام لجميع الإخوان والأخوات في العراق أم خارج العراق
