Mayuguno just raise the walls of the first floor and use iron sheet to roof your house. You don't have much money to build two storey building now. When you have money in future you can get another land in a big city and build a skyscraper. You can sell those rods and buy cement and start making blocks to start building the walls. My advice to you, I wish you take it. You don't need much in that village. Already you have Mama Grace house and the other building.
