I’m 70 soon and in poor health. So I decided I was going to Graceland for the very first time . I’ve never even flown before and it’s a long flight from England. My son and myself went to the garden at Graceland to celebrate Elvis’s 88th Birthday . The weather was absolutely Beautiful . We all sang happy Birthday to Elvis. Lisa Marie did a speech and then walked round the fans talking to them . I was very lucky I was talking to her she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind very polite just like her dad I asked her if I could have a photo taken with her she said sure . Who’s taking the photo I said the big boy she laughed and said oh yes the big boy .i will treasure the photo and the chat I had with her for the rest of my life. Elvis was my friend of 10 years. up until his death. How we met is a long story it only mattered to us no one else. I visit Graceland everyday they know me there. I get hey girl what's up i walk the grounds and visit with my friend it may be stupid to all of you that didn't know him on a personal level but i did. We will always have a connection death never kills love. i will love and miss my friend forever. We had a short conversation a few weeks before his death there were a lot of tears E. tried to comfort me he said kiddo everything will be okay but nothing will ever be okay again without my friend. If you ever get the chance to visit Graceland you should you will not be disappointed. Lisa was a beautiful soul. Great reaction love to you and your family from the one and only Memphis Tn.

The first time I saw Elvis in concert, he had Lisa Marie & his father, Vernon, with him on tour. She was 5 years old. At one point Elvis introduced them & they stood up on the right side of the stage to great applause. Little Lisa looked so cute & sweet as she waved to all of us in the audience. And Elvis just beamed with pride. I truly believe she's with her daddy now & of course her son, Benjamin. Two years of overwhelming grief was more than her heart could take. She wrote an essay in which she referred to the daily pain as "suffocating & bottomless". That's over for her now. I hope they're all happy & whole on the other side. Thank you for this lovely tribute. It means a lot. Lisa also did duets with her dad on "Don't Cry, Daddy" and "In The Ghetto". Both are poignant & beautiful. We'd love to see you do them too. Thank you for this awesome and respektful tribute. I‘m a huge German Elvis fan since I was 13. (1976). I've also followed the life of Lisa Marie since she was a little kid. I bought their CDs and watched their kids grow up (through the media, not in person). I got to meet Priscilla, Elvis band members, Jerry Schilling and George Klein…Unfortunately I never saw Lisa in person, but I still miss her a lot and I'm deeply saddened. If I'm already feeling such great sadness, how terribly must it be for her family? I really hope that Priscilla and Lisa's three girls are not broken by this loss. I wish them a lot of strength from the bottom of my heart and many good friends who are there for them in this difficult time. I thank Lisa Marie so much for giving us fans the four duets with her father. For coming to Memphis for so many of celebration days. How hard it must have been on January 8th this year to sing Happy Birthday to her father in front of her house in Memphis and a few meters away her only son is buried, for whom she mourned so much. She did that for us Elvis fans. Rest in peace dear Lisa, you are deeply missed. Rest with your daddy and your son. We love you!

God this made me just cry both for Lisa Marie who we grew up with and for Elvis this would have killed him. He so loved his little girl I just can’t fathom what Priscilla is going through. I was here when Elvis died the worst day I remember that day when they stopped programming on TV every station to tell us elvis had died. Omg I just stood there in the middle of the living room frozen my heart in my stomach my world stopped. Now I have to live through Lisa Marie you guys just don’t know my legs went weak I screamed No! I just can’t believe in my lifetime I lived to see this. I still can’t get over it just as with Elvis this is going to take time and healing.

Memphis to Lisa Marie was home. She was happiest at Graceland lie she said. She had sort of become a recluse after losing her son, Benjamin. Only fans could get her out of the house. She certainly didn't get along with her Mom. Thank heavens this video was made before her passing. R.I.P. Lisa.

After hearing this song again soon after her passing feels very poignant 😢. It stings a little for me that she too died to soon like her father. Her poor younger daughters just turning 14 are left without a mother and poor Riley as well. At least her last hug she got was probably from Austin Butler who played her dad in the movie. They formed an immediate bond when they met in 2022 at the premiere in Memphis.
