This was done during the quarantine and each guy is in his own home -- probably in a set up studio space, or maybe a closet with the jokey height charts taped on the wall. All of the are tall, somewhere between six-one and six-four. I don't think you've reacted to Home Free's Drum Solo yet. There are a few versions of this since it's done live during their concerts. The original one is from May of 2015; Adam is in the red plaid shirt. Then, as comparison and to see how much he's improved check out the one entitled Adam Rupp Beatbox Drum Solo (New Version) 11-2-21. This is from the return of the Dive Bar Saints tour that got split in two because of the quarantine. A fabulous double.

This was produced and released during quarantine. They were all in their homes, but they played around with their heights. They range from 6’1” to 6’4”.

The height chart is a spoof. The are all between 6'1" to 6'4" tall. On stage they use a looper at times for certain songs when they overlap either the percussion notes or lyrics when they sing. Although, the all can do beatboxing at times as well on stage. HF has the richest harmonies of any group on the planet. They are truly on of the best, if not the best A Capella band out there. They just released a cover of Brother of Arms, and it is an A Capella masterpiece.

The song is made for Tim. His bass is insane 😁 He sings both high and very low notes with an ease that few singers have. The guys harmonies are absolutely perfect. Austin's train whistle is great and Adam's beatboxing is absolutely top notch! You really need to listen to more of Home Free. Man Of Constant Sorrow, Ring Of Fire, Brothers In Arms and drum solo by Adam are good examples. Great reaction!

The bass has a five octave range. The height thing was a joke on Chance the baritone. They are all over 6 ft tall. You haven’t heard anything yet from the bass. There is a video called 22 times Tim Foust went subwoofer. It will 🤯 The high tenor Austin can do the harmonica too.

Adam Rupp the beatboxer is the master at harmonica sounds. He definitely does them live. If you want to see an awesome harmonica solo by him check out Man of Constant Sorrow. Tim Foust the Bass has wrecked sound systems with his low voice! He can go low and high! He shows his contrast in the song Little Red Riding Hood live (patreon party). The one with beard and glasses is Rob Lunquist. The guy who sounds like butter is Austin Brown and the Baritone is Adam Chance (Chance)

Well...that happened. LOL The Home Free guys are amazing and do so well with any song they preform. Just a little help here...the guys in the beginning with the line of 5...Tim Foust is the Bass/then some...(you will find Tim in Long hair a lot, cut it during quarantine)...from Southeast Texas...Rob Lundquist The Beard and glasses is the Tenor...From Minnesota...Austin Brown Long hair(middle guy) is High Tenor...From Georgia...Adam Chance marked as 5 foot (they call him Chance) Baritone/Bass...From Alabama...Adam Rupp last but not least...beatboxer (amazing what he can do)...From Minnesota. Some songs you will find Chris Rupp wears a cowboy hat or cap...Adam Rupp's brother...the two founded Home Free back in 2000. Chris left for a solo carrier. Doing well. That's when Chance came in. I really think you will enjoy them. Maybe try...Home Free Sing Off season 4 song 3 with judges comments...really terrific... Man of Constant Sorrow...another really good one. Sorry this is so long, but thought it would help.

They do use a looper for the repetitive vocals on stage, they put them in at the beginning of the song for everyone to see and The beatboxer Adam controls it. They rarely use it though only on particular songs like "Man Of Constant Sorrow" which you should check out if you haven't also "The Butts Remix " Is a fun one and has a small bit of rap in it also. The bass is Tim and he can blow speakers and bring down ceiling plaster with that bass. That face you are referring to, we call that expression his resting bass face. Lol!

Oh I love this song. One of my favorites of theirs. The bass is Tim Foust and he has a 5 octave range so he can go into the depths and also up to tenor. Adam Rupp is the beatboxer and is world class. He was doing harmonica, drums, all kinds of noises. All the singers are so talented. This was filmed during Covid so don’t pay attention to the height charts, they’re all wrong although they’re tall 6’1” to 6’4”. They won the NBC show the Sing Off in 2013 the year after Pentatonix won and they are friends with other ‘a cappella’ groups. No intstruments. You can see Adam Rupp Drum Solo on youtube- he’s amazing. For more bass, Brothers in Arms just released for Veterans Day. Tim goes low. Lots of bass in I Can’t Outrun You, Hillbilly Bone, Down to the Honkytonk. Loved your reaction. These guys are amazing.

Hey, welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole! I think it's safe to say that your are already becoming a Home Fry, a fan of Home Free. So to make it all clear from the beginning; when it's a produced song and video the audio is separately recorded before the video is shot, and they do use some of the benefits of production - such as minor layering (you heard it with the "nomonica" and the beats at the same time), minor auto tune and so on. Just not as much as most other artists. Live gives the live experience, which is actually even better than the videos with these guys, while production allows then to play around and have fun with the songs on a different way than for the shows. Some songs they use a simpler arrangement for live, but you don't really noticed it, and they occasionally use a live loop station for some of the background vocals. These guys are crazy talented and so much fun, and they are passionate about spreading a message of love, unity and acceptance. Thanks for the reaction! 🥰🙏 Oh, and I subscribed for more Home Free and VoicePlay. 😁

No, this guy ( Adam Rupp ) can do a fabulous harmonica along with castanets. These guys do a fabulous live show, they are great entertainers. Awesome reaction! Home Free is absolutely phenomenal! This is a great video and the bass man is Tim Foust our Fire Breathing Dragon that sings BELOW the basement as if he has been in the depths of hell smoking 3 pks of Satan's cigarettes and drinking a couple of pots of coffee before lunch! However in my opinion he is truly gifted from God in Heaven! He has blown out speakers in live concerts yet slides up to tenor so effortlessly ( 5+ octave range! ✔️ out " Tim blows out the speakers " live in concert! Also ✔️" 22 TIMES TIM WENT SUB-WOOFER" and ✔️ " TIM'S VIBRATION'S ! " I also suggest - "BROTHER'S IN ARM'S" released for VETERAN'S DAY! "MAN OF CONSTANT SORROW"from the George Clooney movie O Brother Where Art Thou "END OF THE ROAD" Boy's to Men" cover features the soulful sounds of Rob Lundquist "ADAM RUPP DRUM SOLO" live in concert. Adam is called the Freak of Nature who swallowed a drum set! He's the multiple times champion beatboxer/vocal percussionist. "WHEN A MAN LOVES A WOMAN" Percy Sledge cover features the AMAZING high tenor passionate voice of Austin Brown "HILLBILLY BONE" Trace Adkins and Blake Shelton cover "HOW GREAT THOU ART" " MISTY MOUNTAINS" Peter Hollens ft Tim Foust from the movie The Hobbit. "IN THE BLOOD" John Mayer cover "BLESS THE BROKEN ROAD" Rascal Flats cover "WORKING FOR A LIVING" Huey Lewis and the News cover "ONE MAN BAND" Old Dominion cover So many more suggestions, they have appx 150 videos in their portfolio. You are probably overwhelmed with suggestions and I'm sorry to add more. We true fans of Home Free (called Home Fry's) are so proud of them and just want to share them with everyone! Home Free 101: Group was formed in 2000, went full-time in 2008, and won The Sing-Off in 2013. Beatboxer Adam Rupp is the last original member. Tenor Rob Lundquist (glasses) introduced himself in 2008. Bass Tim Foust first sang with HF in 2010, and joined the group in 2012. HF met tenor Austin Brown aboard a cruise ship in 2012, and he came aboard early the next year. Bass-baritone Adam "Chance" joined up in 2016. All four can sing tenor, all four can sing bass, and all four DO sing the lead.

New subscriber after this one! Loved your reaction and your reaction style. Dont worry about the "music rhetoric" because most people are tuning in just to see a pure spontaneous reaction. Ever since I found Home Free, other music(a capella or not)pales in comparison!! The fact that they are a capella; that all the sounds you hear are vocal and not instrumental coupled with them all being incredibly talented singers is why they are on an entirely different level. I absolutely love watching someone new to Home Free discover just how unbelievably talented they are. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I suggest "Man of Constant Sorrow", "End of the Road", and "Ring if Fire"( the version they did on the "Sing Off" if you want to hear their original LIVE rendition which showcases Tim's,the Bass, insane range. It's better than the produced video version with Avi). Those 3 will give you a taste of their stunning versatility. They do covers and original music. And...another one falls down the rabbit hole. You are so fucking doomed. We'll save you a chair. You're about to be drowned in Home Fries. Home Free is the only country a capella group out there, but they can - and do - sing every genre. And they have no lead singer. Every one of these men can take the lead, and they pick the lead for each song by who does it the most justice. During quarantine, they kept all us Home Fries sane by dropping new videos every couple of weeks. Amazing. All the men can beat box, but Adam is in a league of his own. He's a two-time world champion and there're good reasons he's called a "Freak of Nature" and the man who swallowed a drum kit. For more of Adam's incredible beat boxing, check out Sea Shanty medley (the man makes castanets, for Pete's sake), his no-harmonica harmonica solo on Working For A Living, and his drum solos. For more of Tim's seismic basso profundo, listen to Brothers In Arms, Misty Mountains (his collaboration with Peter Hollens), or Ring Of Fire (the Sing Off version). For Chance's smooth baritone, check out Down to the Honky Tonk, and Brothers In Arms. (Awesome. A basso profundo and a baritone/bass in the same group.) FYI, Chance is singing the jaw harp sounds - without the jaw harp - in Man Of Constant Sorrow. For Rob's smooth soul, check out End of the Road, Blue Ain't Your Color, or Bless The Broken Road. (Blue-eyed soul is in good hands with The Beard.) For Austin's soaring tenor, check out Moonshine or When A Man Loves a Woman. (But bolt down your chair ‘cause he'll sing you right out of it.) For their humor, check out Butts Remix, Working For A Living, and Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. For their amazing arrangement skills, check out Do You Hear What I Hear. (Adam's arrangement. Nothing else like it.) For their tight harmonies, check out Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, Brothers In Arms, or Auld Lang Syne. For their mashups, check out Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On, Country Fried Pop, or Woman, Amen/Female. For more of their wonderful collaborations, check out God Bless the USA with Lee Greenwood, American Pie with Don McLean, Elvira with The Oak Ridge Boys, or Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For with Peter Hollens. Get at least five videos under your belt and then listen to Mayday. Their synergy is phenomenal. Each is an artist in his own right, but man - when they sing together, magic happens. Wicked talent polished by decades of hard work. (Castle On The Hill, Seven Bridges Road) To paraphrase another Home Fry, “They don't just own a cover, they upgrade it.” You are doomed, Home Fry. Bring ketchup.

Check out "Butts Medley" for a the funny side of them....Not a bad song among them...Austin Brown (high tenor) has his own channel and has amazing stuff, Tim Foust, Adam "Chance" is the baritone and can cover bass, Rob Lundquist is the tenor (soulful) and of course Adam Rupp the vocal percussionist, co-founder of HF with his brother Chris who you will see in older videos since replaced by Chance. They are all insanely talented....they all can beatbox (see 9 to 5 with beatbox breakdown). Geoff is also amazing, as is VoicePlay the group. The trifecta is of course Home Free, Pentatonix and VoicePlay but there are a few others of note. When they are live, they still do everything, but for beatboxing does have the assistance of a looper....and live you hear a harmonica duet with Austin and Adam..check out Man of Constant Sorrow, Working for a Living and more.

Love your reactions.. Philly Fry here.. Welcome to the land of Home Free.. its a great journey and Im a new sub, so it will be awesome going on this journey with you! Listen to any of their songs.. you cant go wrong. The Bass is Tim Foust and one of the most humorous members of the group! The super high tenor is Austin Brown.. One of my faves is an oldie when Chris Rupp was in the group (the beatboxers brother and co founder) Country Fried Medley.. End Of The Road with Rob ..beard and glasses.. When A Man Loves A Woman with Austin breaking hearts as lead tenor, I Cant Outrun You .. Chance in the lead..They are all so talented its insane. Check out Children Go Where I Send Thee with Kenny Rogers and How Great Thou Art.. then its Crhistmas time lol. omg...

Tim Foust is the bass, and he has a5 octave range. The baritone is Adam Chance. He has a 4 1/2 octave range. The beat boxer is Adam Rupp. The high tenor is Austin and the second tenor is Rob. These last three also have just over 3 octave ranges. The talent just doesn't stop with these guys. Welcome to the home fries.

You hit it on the head. The bass (Tim Foust) has been known to actually blow out speakers and shake cameras, and he can go lower than his lowest growl here. The beat boxer (Adam) is one of the best in the world. All five of the guys are fantastic, and their harmonies are perfection on everything they do. Oh, and you're right -- they were messing with us on the heights. If you like Johnny Cash, you have to check out their version of Ring of Fire too. And the bass guy isn't always serious -- these guys have some great comedic videos out too, where you can see that Tim (and all the rest) can do hysterically funny as well as serious. There's also several videos of the beat boxer doing his thing live -- if you closed your eyes, you'd swear he had a full drum set in front of him.

The guy singing baritone, Adam Chance, is actually a bass-baritone with a 4 octave range. He has a low baritone voice that can stretch into the bass range and into low tenor with ease. All of these guys have ridiculous ranges of over 3.5 octaves (Tim, the bass, having the widest range at nearly 5 octaves).

Terrific reaction. Best boxer is Adam Rupp and he has won international competitions. Tim Foust is basso profundo….but has a 5 octave range (if you would a couple of examples - Brothers in Arms for super bass and then My Maria with Austin Brown (Home Free’s high tenor) = will blow you away! Subbed for more Hone Free!

They all do a bit of beat boxing so that all bases are covered in live shows. They also all take leads depending on the song. Man of constant sorrow... Ring of fire... then their best cover ever... when a man loves a woman. Everything they cover they make their own and smash it... but when a man loves a woman... oh my! Best version I've ever heard!

This was done during the Covid lockdown - they were in their own homes videotaping themselves. There are several in their "Quarantine" series, including "Down to the Honkytonk", "Sunday Best", "Diamon Dreams" and "Meet in the Middle" among them. You mentioned that you'd read a comment about Tim Foust and sound systems. There is a video on y/t of a live performance where he does indeed blow out a speaker and another one called "Tim's Vibrations" again done of a live performance where you see the venue literally shaking (while Austin and Adam Rupp just keep on singing & dancing as if nothing unusual is happening).

P.S. - They all have a mutual weird sense of humour. The 'shortest' of them is Austin - and he's over 6'1" - the tallest is 6'4".

Got to check out their version of Boyz II Men, End of the Road. Amazing. :). Also, Tim, the bass singer, can hit amazing high notes too. Got a five octave range. Check out Austin Brown and his version of My Maria. Tim kills it on the high end of his voice on that song.

I just subbed you cause you subbed our boys. We fans call ourselves "Home Fries" and I hope you will be a fan also. They are all super talented vocalists and can sing any genre. They choose the leads by vote of the entire group so, it depends on the song who gets the lead. They don't do "covers", they do "upgrades". My favorite song by them is whatever they are singing at the time. I am somewhat partial to their version of "Blue Ain't My Color". It is kind of a blend of Motown combined with Country.

Home Free was started by Chris Rupp and his brother Adam. Chris has left the group, but was the groups video setup and editor. Chris is also a KZbin Reactor and has reacted to Home Free videos that he set up. His reactions contain lots of, behind the scenes, info that are nice to know for background on the group. Just look for Chris Rupp Reactions. Enjoy!

These guys are all very talented! your right on about the bass Tim. he has a 5 octave range. however you're a little off about Chance the baritone in this group. he is actually a bass singer with a 4 octave range. however when you have a bass singer like Tim Foust well... Austin ( high tenor ) Rob (low tenor) Adam ( beat boxer who yes was making all the sounds with his mouth as he is a world wide champion in beatboxing, he is outstanding) These 3 all have a 3 octave range. You can check him out individually on youtube. The real amazing thing about this song is that it was made during covid lockdown. which is why everyone is separated. they all live in different states! That being said, If you like Johnny Cash, then listen to their cover of "Ring of Fire" ft Avi Kaplan formerly of Pentatonix. it will blow you away! it has a different baritone. the older videos have a different Baritone his name is Chris Rupp. He and his brother Adam Rupp ( the beat boxer) founded the group. he left to pursue other interests with the blessings of everyone and has been doing quite well. welcome to the rabbit hole of home free, sit back and enjoy the ride!

The baritone is Adam Chance. He was the bass for his previous vocal group. But he can't match Tim's depths. Both Chance and Tim can sing tenor level as well, but there's little need to with the tenors Rob and Austin. The beatboxer can also sing tenor. If you want to hear his harmonica solos check out Working for a Living and Man of Constant sorrows. They all do instrument sounds and there's an instrumental interlude in the middle of the song Can't Stop the Feeling. It's otherwise behind the scenes stuff, which you pick up by listening for it.
