I just hiked Nisene Marks for the first time after living around here for 14 years! Instantly top 5 (3?) in the Bay Area. All the MTBs exiting down the fire road reminded me I need to finally go to Demo and specifically try out the famous flow trail, ASAP. Looks like the recent winds made quite a mess!

Hey Chris thanks for watching. There as a lot of debris on the trail and some trees across the trail. The climb in and the climb out are pretty tough with 2300’ of climbing. Flow trail is amazing and I would ride it everyday if not for the climbing. Hit me up and I’ll go with you.
