Try the mod "GNR Radio Replacer" - it removes just the music from the radio but keeps the voice lines. Three-Dog is something of a fan favorite.

I really like Megaton as it makes sense as a "new" town after the world ended, and it does indeed look like a town built from scrap and salvage that people found. Always made little sense people would still be living in half blown up houses from before the war rather than, you know, building new homes

When it comes to in game logic, yes building from scratch and new is the way to go but from an actual real life perspective, your gonna use what’s at hand before you start building brand new.

I remember being so determined to save the Sherriff I must have had to reload 4 or 5 times before I was able to kill Burke before he could kill the sheriff after their conversation. BTW, you can still get the reward for disarming Megaton's bomb from the sheriff's son I think.

You can open the steam overlay ingame and go into settings and turn on your fps counter to check if your fps is capped properly :)

7:25 pretty sure the game is running over 60fps, I can tell cause your movement and npcs are faster than normal

I much prefer Fallout Three's persuasion system over that of New Vegas, the percentage chance thing is both more realistic and more fun over New Vegas's fixed point thing.

Please don't let the haters influence you to not play Fallout 4, it's a great game, people just get mad that it's not exactly like New Vegas, it has some great encounters, side characters, gameplay mechanics, the story is ok, comparable to the story in this imo, and is downright beautiful to look at, plus they get the Power Armor functionality perfected and right in that game, in this it's basically just normal armor you put on, in that game it' like being inside a humanoid tank.

You ran into one of the biggest downsides in bethesda-made fallouts - bad boys are always bad, compared to new vegas where you can talk to or trick somehow any faction in fallout 3 you will simply get attacked by any faction counting as bad. Including the fact that outfits also don´t change the faction status.

Fallout 3 the best, Fallout vegas was ok and Fallout 4 is kinda in the middle I loved the base building the construction that thing but the story line wasn't Fallout material and the ending bland, saying that it was a ok game ,u can read ur books in this game they give points to ur level up meter not a ex boost like vegas
