She's wearing black, signifying a tribute to someone who has passed. She sings with so much compassion. And the lyrics of his own song---gives me chills over how prescient they seem to be. Thank you for this, Burnt. Take care of yourself. I sure love our Angelina Jordan. Grandma Ellen, out.

Love the reaction! Angelina has the ability to make popular, sometimes legendary, songs her own with new meaning. That’s especially true if you’re familiar with the song in the first place. Bohemian Rhapsody and Suspicious Minds were those songs for me. It’s apparent this was that song for you. She’s special.

My favorite reactors are always ones who clearly change as human beings as they listen to this miracle child. Congratulations and consider yourself lucky to know her as we do. She is strong and tender. Sensitive and powerful. She is a master storyteller. And above all a loving and decent human being.

This was Avicii's song and if you listen to his version it just makes you want to get up and dance. When you listen to Angelina sing it, you understand his pain. If you've seen a few of her "home videos" you'll know she often ends them by saying, "Bye." It's always a cheerful, energetic "Bye!" When she does it here, it's heartbreaking. It's as though she's saying goodbye to her friend.

I love this tribute. I’m glad you selected this song to react to. Angelina worked with Avicii when she was eight or nine and at one time they were represented by the same recording company. This song is the first one (that I am aware of, anyway), where young Angelina totally transforms the meaning of the song. Avicii’s original is an anthem that celebrates iconoclasts - people who move to the beat of a different drummer. Angelina transformed it into a lament that pays tribute to the untimely death of her dear friend. 💙👣

They were friends. Angelina was to join in a car advertisement singing feeling good I believe. They eventually chose another singer for the job. (See video) The tribute with his song and his lyrics are heartbreaking and fitting. I also believe love never dies. Love never fails. Love could and does cover all mistakes. I believe Angelina will travel the world. For us and for her friend. Avicii

"Knowing" Angelina Jordan through her YT videos and life stories from commentors has had a positive effect on me and how I view the world. I am now more understanding and patient with people. It's a work in progress, but progress is the key word. The commitment and dedication of that little girl with the huge heart, and talent to match, will make the world a better place - just as she dreamed years ago.

Avicii was friends with Angelina and her family. Angelina recorded this song shortly after the tragic death of Avicii became known. Anyone who knows Angelina notices how emotionally affected she was and music is her way of dealing with it. 💯 *AJ* 💯 Avicii ( *September 8, 1989 as Tim Bergling in Stockholm - + April 20, 2018) was a Swedish DJ, remixer and music producer in the field of electronic dance music. The single Wake MeUp was number one on the singles charts in Over 20 countries. The music video reaches over 3.2 billion viewers on KZbin. 🤗🤗

I look for words to convey what I feel about this lovely person doing this tribute, and I come up empty. Such a loving person trying to convey the depth of her love and appreciation of the relationship she had with Avicii. I just pray she learns something from his destructive decision. This is when compassion is great, but empathy, I don't know...yes I do, NO!
