Good reaction. Hear their raps that are in English in their music videos Shut Down, Pink Venom or How You Like That, and you may think twice about calling the a pop group. Their music videos make American music videos look like half-assed efforts by lazy high schoolers. And yes I am an American. And they are not just another Kpop group. Lisa is the popular Kpop Idol in the world (male or female), with over 100 million IG followers. Lisa (think Rihanna of Kpop) is often ranked as the best rapper and dancer in all female Kpop. The Blackpink KZbin Channel took over the number 1 spot for most subscribers by any musical act 3 years ago from Justin Bieber.
