It tells the full story, and is the start of the BU, but I understand why they have a second version because one, it's super dark, and two, new watchers might not want to get into all the lore. This was their first MV to film without and dancing, so they really honed in on the acting and did so good!

I’m an almost 4-year Army & I’m no closer to understanding the BU as I was in the beginning…this video always just makes me think how in scenes where they’re together they’re fine & happy but alone they’re all suffering through their own private Hell. & knowing that it was originally I Need You Friend it makes more sense in that aspect.

Hi, when I saw this video I was told about BU, I started to investigate and found the explanation of XCeleste. Although I know that most people prefer to discover it little by little, it is almost impossible with just the videos. After seeing the explanation I watched the mv again and I liked it a lot more because I understood what was happening, as well as the following ones. Also knowing the story beforehand helps to not misinterpret certain things like J-Hope's snikers, which in many reactions they think it is advertising or they find it funny, when it is something very important and significant.

Please watch the Bangtan Universe by xceleste to get a better understanding of the fictitious storyvline. You will also figure out that many of the songs are tied to one another by key words or phrases, even the solo songs will have them. There are also visuals In their MVs also connect them. Also, if you watch some of their performances, especially the MVs, you will see that they use sign language for their hearing impaired fans. They are so thoughtful and considerate to ARMY. Keep up the good reactions, and I know this one hits different since it deals with the bad things teenagers and young adults go through, but the message is that you will get through the very difficult times with your best friend's help. BTS have needed each other through this story line and in real life. ❤💜

that is such a bad idea to offer someone who hasn't even seen the content first. Please slow down, no guide is going to help someone who hasn't seen the MV's to begin with. it would just be someone rambling on about tragic events that make no sense. and people who have tried to view the guide too early think those events are actual real life events and don't understand it's just a story.
