This was another classic album it paid homage to all the soul singers Christina was inspired by. A 2 disc set, first disc had a classic sound with modern day twist and the 2nd disc was an old soulful blues type vibe.

Nice reaction! This was when Christina was in a healthy happy relationship and father to her son. She an artist who changes her sound and aesthetics with each album cycle. ❤

so much hip-hop and soul in this entire era. this and lot of the songs off this album were produced by dj premier. this one also gave him his first grammy. my favorite era of hers. she's always been so different from other pop stars.
