the martial art is "Capoeira" and is an important part of the song hahha "Ginga" it's a word in portuguese that means something like "shake". It's a expression used in african based religions and also in Capoeira (martial art created by black people enslaved in Brazil to be able to defend themselves [sad fact - brazil was the biggest trade of slaves in colonial era. It received five more times than the US]). The dance element come from the fact that the slaves disguised the fight training as a dance circle. So they'd say they were dancing if seen, so no punishment would be given. If you listen carefully you'll hear the "Berimbau", a musical instrument created by the slaves to play during the practices. She's saying "entra na roda e ginga" which means "get in the circle and dance/fight/shake". All 3 translations are right because ginga means all three at the same time. So she's inviting you to dance and to fight. Iza is really an amazing singer and performer and always doing her best to represent the rich brazilian culture. Also she's so damn pretty.
