Jennie IS "THAT GIRL." She is THE queen of K-pop. There is no one like her. And it was a problem. YG told her she was fronting a new group,.. and she waited for 2 years,... with not a whole lot going on. While the people at YG were looking for a few more Jennies to put around her. She was her own problem. YOU CAN'T FIND NO MORE JENNIES. There aren't any. She said everyone she started with,. all her friends were gone in 2 years. And I'm thinking she got tired of waiting. Then something very important happened,... Lisa landed at YG. Each member said no one would talk to them,. and "JENNIE came up and told them how to act." She assembled a team of stone cold killers. Nobody looks like Jennie. Nobody moves like her nor has her attitude. She throws looks from the stage that are so icey stone cold,.. they could literally cut thru solid steel.

There are Korean words for what they say in English. It's just that Kpop lyrics tend to mix up English alot. Nowadays I think a little bit more, since there are many international fans as well. Also in Korea, younger generations especially use some English words together in Korean.

Another thing fans really love about these girls. If you ever get to behind the scenes videos of these solo efforts, guess who you will see during these solo productions?? THE OTHER GIRLS,.. they are tight and supportive. Fans don't see that in other groups. This is 4 young female celebrities who appear to support each other ALL THE WAY. In Lisa's solos behind the scenes, Rose' & Jisoo are there for most of the shoots. You see this girl in a black beret & a black mask doing all of this stuff behind the camera in production. And you finally see it was Jennie there the whole time. This is an example of a loving supportive friendship that should be held up as an example of what we wish we could all have.

Jennie will be making her acting debut on an HBO show “The Idol” that’s produced by The Weeknd and the guy that created Euphoria. Blackpink’s contract renewal is coming up, so I’m so nervous they’ll split up. It’s be a shame bc they are just starting to hit how big they can really be in the western market and they can all have solo careers within the group as well.

The groups in K Pop almost always sing in English and Korean. BlackPink is made up or Jennie who is Korean born lived in New Zealand as a child where she went to school and learned English. Jisoo Korean born only knew Korean until entering training with YG, where Jennie started teaching her English. Rose' Korean, born in New Zealand, raised in Australia knew English and Korean when she won a talent search moved to South Korea to train at YG. Lisa is Thai, the youngest of the group spoke English and Thai prior to joining YG. The Girls all now know Thai, Korean, English, and Japanese Lisa also know Chinese and some French. BlackPink sings in Thai, English, Korean and Japanese in various mixes in their songs.

what can they not do, , , They have sung a hundreds of covers, but you will only see a few recorded. most of the covers were done during the 4-6 years of training. each girl did one cover to sing, to dance and a group effort when required monthly. The two which they are most recognized performing.
