What I like about Jimin is his personality. He's kind, funny, and caring. He works hard, and he has a really good ability to focus. Both qualities were probably boosted by the work he did when he was younger, in martial arts. He has a black belt in Taekwondo, plus he studied Kendo for 8 years. This is in addition to the dance work he did. His attitude is really good. I'm going through some rehab, trying to learn to walk without assistance again. When I watch him in candid moments, and in dance practices especially, what I see of who he is helps me have courage and take care as I do my physical rehab work. Because his attitude is so good, watching him lifts my spirits, and helps me reduce anxiety and stress. So here he is a few years ago, doing a v-log moment where he talks about not liking to go to dentists. He's honest, and he's funny, and he knows how to tell a story. He's also good with the sound effects. This kind of stuff busts the glamour that surrounds him, and shows the everyday human. He's the kind of guy I would like to have as a friend for all my days. I've watched people of all ages and ethnicities regardless of gender crumble like schoolkids with a crush when it comes to reacting to Jimin lol... from guys like yourself to older long haired bearded biker guys and everything else in in between. Here's info I'm reposting again, that some still aren't aware of: ❤️JIMIN, at age 11-12 started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! -Fun fact everyone tends to forget: Jimin before doing contemporary, he did popping, hip-hop longer than he did contemporary/ballet. Everyone always tends to mention Contemporary and while he’s amazing at it. I still believe popping is his forte; so when most people see him doing more street dance hip-hopish songs they get surprised. In my opinion, what makes him even more unique is that he mixes both when dancing, which makes him such a versatile dancer. His dancing includes so many different styles of dancing. I honestly believe that whether you are a male or female, you should not have to justify the fact that you find someone beautiful or mesmerizing. The more you try to justify your liking, the more some people will point it out. In time, you will get used to him and be less shocked, but still mesmerized. I feel so grateful for you starting to recognize who is who very naturally, don't be stressed, you are doing great! I love jimin's voice too, but also his personality is cute and sweet. I would strongly recommend you to watch Run episode from Vlive if you have time, it is a 30mins variety show under HYPE LABLES released every week. It is free and you can choose english subtitle as well. It helps you to get more understand of their personality. Then...you will become more addict to him lol

Speaking of Dolls, Mattel Toy Company made BTS Dolls, but failed to make their face look Asian, so fans, bought them and literally "erased the face with solvent and re-drew and re-chisel and gave the doll a hair cut to look "realistic". Fact: In the beginning, Big Hit "made" him pull his shirt up and wear sleeveless shirts, even though Jimin felt uncomfortable, now JK did the pull up in Fake Love. P.S. Jimin has a younger brother who looks "a lot" like him. Applause for Nigel for picking out Jimin's Voice and didn't need any Holy Water today!
