Thanks for the thoughtful reaction. I love finding these independent artists. i don't have enough superlatives to describe this man's talent. i'm not sure -- someone else prob knows--but i think the instruments are strings, not organ. they sound like cello, bass and violin to me. I hope you keep reacting to Dan's music

I'm a PK (Preacher's Kid) and have heard this performed, and performed it thousands of times throughout my 55 years. Dan ABSOLUTELY 💯 has the best rendition EVER! (Imho) He absolutely blows everyone else out of the park. I've listened to this since 3 weeks after he released it. Multiple times a day and it still gives me chills and moves me to tears. I truly believe that God ordained/inspired Dan to do this song "for such a time as this". When our world is in turmoil and more divided than ever. People are looking for hope and meaning, and nothing gives TRUE hope and meaning like God's amazing grace!! I feel like all of Heaven stood still when Dan performed this. I pray that every person who hears it will come to know Jesus as their LORD and Savior. God bless!! 👑✝️❤️🌎👨‍👩‍👧‍👧🐑☝🏼💪🏾⚓️🪨🏰⛰️🛡🗡📖🙏🏼🧎🏼‍♀️🎶🙌🧂🕯💧🔥🕊🤟

Since April, I search reaction channels hoping to share the delight of first listens. I’ve heard nearly every rendition of Amazing Grace and have never experienced the emotional overload of Dan’s. After months of listening, I still get chills when Dan goes full throttle. Pretty sure I always will. This performance is what introduced me to Dan’s channel and I really hope he reaches his dream of one million subscribers, he really is so deserving. By following Dan’s Amazing Grace, I’ve also been introduced to other intriguing channels, like yours, so double kudos to Dan! Thank you for your great reaction and comments, I really enjoyed and appreciated them so I subbed 😊

I agree with everything said above. I have probably heard this now close to 200 times and every time is like the first! Moves me to tears... and I feel doubly blessed as I had never known there were song reaction channels until hearing Dan's rendition of Amazing Grace, so now every day it seems I get blessed all over again watching someone else hear this for the first time!🙏😊

You are absolutely right about how stubborn people can get about how "Amazing Grace" is SUPPOSED to go! I've heard other reactors even complain about the harmonica. Some are OK with that (because it's reminiscent of the more familiar bagpipes), but they don't like the way he changes up the way it "should have sounded" near the end. I'm like, "Give me a break, people! This is so beautiful and wonderful, and you want him to fall back on the boring way 'it's ALWAYS been done?!'" NO!!! Dan, of course, runs SOME of the gamut of his range and styles throughout this song. That's ONE of his journeys. The other journey is exactly as you said. He's IN the song, and traveling his way from finding out that he's been a wretch and that God's amazing grace has touched him, though he's a little doubtful at that point, about what will happen next. Then he climbs up a notch (to a more operatic style) to being pretty sure he's been changed by that amazing grace. Then the harmonica, which is a far BRIGHTER pattern than the bagpipes usually lend--especially since they're generally used at funerals. THEN he throws back his shoulders (and his hair) and just GOES for it! He's accepting that the deed is done, and, indeed! He's now realizing there is a sight OTHER THAN the physical sight through one's open eyes. As he declares that God is timeless and his grace is not only amazing, but effortless, and that we all should be RECOGNIZING that, his eyes go shut, and he keeps proclaiming SPIRITUAL sight, until the very end, when he gets in the one last, "AHA!" declaration, and lets the breath of Holy Spirit carry him to the end of a 25-second single intake of breath. Then...END. That alone, is a rather unusual way for Dan to end a song, but SO powerful...and Dan's all ABOUT power...and victory! 😀 I would highly recommend that you react fairly soon, to "Black Wind, Fire, and Steel." It's way different than this one, BUT, in a way, it's very much LIKE this one, because both are statements of what Dan was born for. Also, it's a WONDERFUL tribute to the guitar player in that song. When you react to it, please do NOT stop the video before the ENTIRE thing (including Dan's wonderful outro) is over, or you will miss a LOT of important stuff. I will look forward VERY much, to that reaction, whenever you get the time to do it. You have a really good insight into music and acting. I subscribed and will get all notifications. Thank you very much!

Wow, @GrandmasGotGraceLW you ABSOLUTELY 💯 💯 💯 NAILED IT!! Perfection! I 110% believe he was meant to perform "for such a time as tjis". Dan Vasc is the TOTAL PACKAGE!!! He's got the beautiful hair, dreamy eyes, handsome all over & with that absolutely gorgeous talented range in his wonderful voice! This man knows how to give me chills all over! I FELT every word & emotion of this song. I love how absolutely tender, raw & delicate he started the song even with the slight echo & with each verse exposing more talent & intensity. Dan Vasc has a God given talent that he has perfected over years of hard work into what it is today, devine & magnificent!!! He sang this song the way it was MEANT to be sung with such RESPECT, emotion & with a POWERFUL impact. I FELT the presence of GOD!!! This is the absolute very BEST version of 'Amazing Grace' that I've EVER heard in my ENTIRE life & I'm old (LOL). God BLESS Dan Vasc for sharing his wonderful talent & this video with the world! This is something the entire world could use more of if they only would do just that... use & show God's Amazing Grace! 💕🎶✝️🎶💕 Btw, he's Brazilian... His father gave him that harmonica when he was just a child. He was raised on beautiful Italian music because his father was Italian. Chk out his band 'Fearless'... www.fearlessofficial.com/ www.fearlessofficial.com/bio christianmoltenmetalbands.weebly.com/fearless.html#:~:text=In%202010%2C%20Dan%20formed%20a,and%20Alex%20Sottani(keyboards).

Thanks for the great reaction to Dan Vasc 👍 Here's a small selection for hopefully more reactions 😉. -10 epic power metal songs in 6 minutes -More than words - Extreme Cover -"Never Enough" - Male Cover - "All I Need" - Within Temptation - "The Last Goodbye (cover) - Ed Sheeran - Metal tape: "18 And Life" - Skid Row - "The Rains of Castamere" from Game of Thrones. The Lannister song needs a lot more attention. Dan Vasc's voice is so great. He sang a short song, but that baritone... heavenly. Outstanding are his interpretations of Gethsemane Jesus Christ Superstar and Nesum Dorma. The entire Witcher series and its Disney covers are out of this world. Dan Vasc sings the song "Cancion Del Pirata" in Spanish. So beautifully and perfectly sung. The selection of songs is huge. He's a really great artist. He puts his own stamp on every song. With his band Fearless he has put together an album with his brother Davi Vasc - Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom. He films, lights and edits himself. And that's just the beginning 🥰

I love your reaction. With "Amazing Grace" Dan shows his range. He has so many options to use his voice. Every song of Dan Vasc is exceptional. I only recommend it to reactors who really have a clue, you're one of them. Please listen to his "Nessun Dorma" and on the other side "Black Wind Fire And Steel".

Loved your reaction. I, too, was BLOWN AWAY the first time I heard him as he sang Amazing Grace. The BEST version of AG. The traditionalists may not agree. Check out: Phantom of the opera, Music of the night, Sound of the White Wolf, Nessun Dorma, Faithfully, Always, the Witcher songs, Adesti Fideles, and others. He can sing anything. Incredible range, tremendous power, and clarity, with all the emotion you could ask for. The only genre that I haven't heard from him is Country. I am deep, deep, deep, into that rabbit hole!

It's so lovely to see you back again with yet another great reaction to Dan's vocals. You even sweetly & honestly mentioned the difficulty some people have with moving forward from solid tradition. The thing is, once they realize he's singing about the leap of faith journey, most will come around. He emotionally narrated the journey so beautifully! Im so glad I subbed to your channel. Thanks for sharing your responses with us. Next up? How about Handel's Hallelujah, where he's a 1 man choir doing all the parts. (24 Dans!). Or any of his other songs, from accoustic to pop to rock -n-roll to Opera to Show tunes to Heavy Metal. I adore his powerful Christmas songs. They blow me away. Anyway, you pick, I'll watch
