thanks for the reaction!! Simon Says is a kid's game where someone is "Simon" and whenever they say "Simon says..." everyone else has to do what Simon says. If Simon doesn't say "Simon says" before giving a command, everyone who follows that command is out. In the chorus, the lyrics say: "Simon says, "we're a real vibe killer ... you're all mine ... we don't need that kind of words ... we don't pay no mind" so the song is basically saying that they make their own rules/don't play by the same standards and that no one can speak against them!
