Goog reaction, guys. By the way, just for added context, Roberto Carlos was a DEFENDER. In football, defenders aren't typically known for being goal-scoring threats or skillful. But Roberto Carlos was the exception. Also, the reason why he and Ronaldo #9 were on the same team was because they were both Brazilians and as such played together on the Brazilian National team (and yes, for a while they also played together professionally with Real Madrid in Spain). It's like Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, and Kevin Durant playing together for the US National Basketball team years ago, although they played for different NBA teams (prior to Lebron playing with DWade in Miami and Cleveland). And lastly, in football (and football highlights), it's not always about the goal being scored. Even the near misses are fun to watch, since the build-up and the skill involved in creating that scoring opportunity is worth the watch. Missed chances like that were so good, that most likely 9 out of 10 times, the goal would've been scored. But sometimes you have to 'tip your hat' out of respect for the goalkeeper for pulling off the save.
