Yeah Tom lived here in Canada for a few years and had a weekly variety show from Vancouver, with other big stars on every week! He was and still is awesome( My Gramma on my Mom’s side was , Welsh as is Tom Jones and she absolutely Love him as many women of the time did, I am sure! Yes I know:-)) My Grandma was from, Wales, her maiden name was, Myffanwy Jones and she was in Love with Tom Jones! She was Amazing, very smart( was a school teacher)but was also a brilliant Painter( oil mostly). Even as a Teen , I loved spending evening with her:-))

Kamusta, dear Aarlehn. I was hoping you'd get to do this song. You have the lovely heart of the Pinay as I watched your face while listening to his voice and the words. You felt his pain, even though he's just singing it. That's how good he really was. Something that older performers could do that modern singers cannot is to give emotion into their voices without sounding forced or whiny. Tom Jones was one of the best at this and his version of this song is the most powerful emotional version of them all. Ako ang may asawa na nasa Daeet. Ingatan at manatiling ligtas, aking kaibigan.
