A Fantastic and Powerful Ballad, sung with real Feeling and Emotion, Captivating; Emma, REACTING WITH REAL WARMTH/ENTHUSIASM/SINCERITY AND SO DYNAMIC AND VIVACIOUS; Plus the insights were done with CHARM, FEELING AND RESPECT; Suggestion Emma, ''Delilah'' is a great song or 1 of many other Songs that have been mentioned by others; Another Welsh Singer to have a look at would be ''Shirley Bassey'' another Powerful Singer; 🙏🙌💃💃💃💃🎶🎵🎶🎙🎧🍁🍁🙏👏💃💃💃🦅;

He did this song , a couple years ago, while on “Global Voice”. He turned his chair for a singer, who happened to be the son of the guy who wrote this song. The contestant and Tom then did a duet of this song. It was incredible and Tom still has pipes.

The contestant was the son of the man who wrote the song, Lonnie Donegan, a skiffle band singer who released it himself, but it didn't go far. Until Tom Jones (who Lonnie knew) picked it up and drew every ounce of emotion out of the lyrics and the melody. and turned it into a classic. It's a great story.

Tom Jones is a Welsh singer who has one of the smoothest powerful voices around. And he was a showman too, in fact he was a big heart-throb with the ladies. He has so many hits such as "It's Not Unusual", "Delilah", "What's New Pussycat?", "Green, Green Grass of Home", "She's a Lady". He covers a lot of genres. He is still performing & is a coach on "The Voice" UK version. He also had a variety show from 69 - 71 & had some of the biggest music stars at the time.

I always liked Tom Jones, but had never heard this song until it started making the rounds in KZbin reactions. This song in a live recording made me even more of a fan, and it became my favorite of his hits. I think you said his singing was "baritone" and as I studied it informally that was also my conclusion, but the range was sufficient for me to be uncertain. When he belts out the chorus I have described it as a bugle call. Brings me to tears every time. Cheers for your reactions!

There are just too many things to comment on this. I know that you sing very well and I’ve heard you. I also have sang for many years as a young boy in church and high school. I followed that up with several plays in college and a few professional gigs. I was never going to be the best, but I did very well and knew my place in harmony and as a back up. I enjoyed seeing Emma react to this because I’ve seen it and I knew with her being a singer as well, she was going to enjoy it very much. You can’t hide any of that. Absolutely wonderful.
