It's been amazing watching the variety of different videos that you easily break down so I was actually surprised that you didn't know the term "snowflake." Self-centered and entitled are probably the best descriptors for a snowflake. An additional trait is their inability to defend themselves using logic or facts in an argument, which normally results in name calling as a response. My interpretation of this song is Tom referring to snowflakes having a meltdown when confronted with facts.
