XG is on a whole other level than any other group in terms of talent and versatility. These seven ladies all can sing and rap in three languages, and all seven are also great dancers and live performers. No other group you could've say that about just two years after their debut. XG is also the only group that if you show three XG songs to a 100 people regardless of music taste, 98 of them will probably become a fan of XG after those three songs because of how diverse their discography is.

You should checkout the xg tapes. There you see the difference between xg and blackpink. I am a hip hop head, xg is the only group i f*** with because they are rapping rapping. They pay hommage, they appreciate, show love for the culture and are true students of the game. They are hip hop and r&b, blackpink is kpop.

When hip hop heads listen to XG, their rapping directly reminds them of some actual rappers like Nas, Eminem, and more but when they react to Blackpink or some Kpop groups' raps, it reminds them of some Kpop rappers like GD, BTS for example. I am a big fan of BP but the two are, imo, completely different genres'. BP is kpop and mix some rap with pop/hip-hop. XG are Japanese with a focus on rap and do all their vids in English. They're both good at what they do, but different levels of good. Thanks for your reaction!

I'll take XG over and K-Pop group. After I discovered X-Pop last year, most K-Pop songs left my playlist. XG sings live in all their performance. No other group does that. Other groups just lip sing since they're not confident in their singing. XG sounds exactly like how their record sounds.
