This is one that stayed on the charts for a long time. Real crunchy "live." But, "Monkey on Your Back" is another good-un.

Aldo had an ep out this year, life and times of Eddie gage, and a recording of remakes , Called Reloaded. Check them out. And he’s touring in 2023

A Canadian gem. He is a great songwriter. He is producer too. He wrote and produced for Celine Dion and Blue Oyster Cult to name a few. Definitely check out Monkey on Your Back.

Just like they call Triumph is the poor mans version of Rush, Aldo Nova is the poor mans version of Triumph, as they are Canadian and rock their asses off.

Two years later Bon Jovi debuted with a similar style and became huge with it. In the late 80's Bon Jovi actually worked with Aldo Nova in hopes of re starting his career but..... Aldo Nova is Canadian btw. Speaking of Canada my favorite band is Rush :)

You guys are adorable. Love seeing Millennials and later discovering songs from my youth and early adulthood. I had the album on cassette and wore it out long before I ever saw the video for the first time. Do check out Aldo's version from a couple years ago. It's awesome.

Your in one hit wonderville! There are a few in those days 🤔 lemme see there was a song called voices i believe. No idea who sang it. Its about his voice telling him to do things and he didnt like it. Hmm i have to research it. Autograph's turn up the radio uhmm john par had one well two i guess but the two are day and night. One was heavyish cant recall the name. More research. I have to think about the others.

I think this video was inspired by John Carpenter’s movie Escape From NewYork, starring Kurt Russell. I believe Aldo Nova is wearing leotards, not Cheetah prints.
