no digital effects, bro was just born with natural autotune 🤣 idk how he does it but he just has that sort of sound, he sounds that way in his karaoke streams as well :)

Now I see why a lot of people commenting on your comment on Ren’s part. If you can, you can look up Ren’s raw vocal on Pomu’s Zatsu before break stream where she showed all the Niji EN livers who agreed in showing their vocals on stream. And if you can, you can try and catch one of his karaoke streams he sounds just like that LMAO. Idk for me it makes sense? Cuz I have a feeling that Ren’s been doing this a lot and is experienced in this field so he knows his way around this. Just my feeling and speculation from his OG songs.

The original song is by the Japanese band Goose house, for the ending of the anime Silver Spoon. (You may have known them for their more famous original Hikaru Nara opening for Your lie in April). You mentioned there is not much impact for the transition and the vocals just flow smoothly from one part to another, and I think it’s really fitting for the band’s vibe, they are like just friends who sing, make music, and have fun together. It brings a heartfelt and warm atmosphere. If you have time to check out, the lyrics also contribute to that sentimental, it’s very uplifting and wholesome. Pomu said she decided to do this project to help them come together and uplift people, both fans and livers alike, after a rough year. She really put a lot off effort (and money lol) into this and your analysis helped me appreciate it more. Thank you for the reaction!

(you dont have to react to it, just my recommendation!) goose house had a live acoustic performance titled ‘オトノナルホウへ→ / Goose house’ in their channel, its really cute and you’ll see what i mean by the wholesome warm vibe

I love the song and I was actually waiting for your video about it! Worth the wait and you broke it down one by one. I don't have problems when you pause it bcos your explanation or discussion about each part of the song is so good to listen to and it helps to understand more how well-made the song is. Just a random notice when you said i know they’re not genmates at the last part of the song, if you look closely it is, each image has 1 or more full groups in each images , but because the characters are mixed up, it looks like different groups ( also counting the fact that some members couldn't make it due to busy schedule)
