Hey Velcro! This is the Warning opening for Foo Fighters at Foro Sol, the largest venue in Mexico, in Mexico City. There were about 55,000 people their already for The Warning. It started to rain halfway through their set, and the crowd was still going wild for them! Sadly, about 10 days later Taylor Hawkins passed away. FYI, Foro Sol is a multipurpose venue. It is actually the racetrack where the Mexican Gran Prix, Formula 1 race is held. For the racing it holds over 100,000. For Baseball it holds over 50,000 in the stands. For concerts over 66,000. It is much larger than you can see. They also opened for Guns N Roses there, played a side stage at the World is a Vampire festival tour of Smashing Pumpkins there, and opened for Muse there.

There is a KZbin short of Dave Grohl greeting Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra after their set but before Foo Fighters went on stage. As Grohl leaves, the camera follows Grohl as he goes toward the stage to join his band... and you see Taylor Hawkins in the distance crossing a pair of drumsticks over his head and shout "You girls are amazing!"

Yeah, man. This is the song that completely solidified my love for The Warning and made me realize that driving rock is not lost. Post-chorus hook in 7/4. Pau's scream. Ale's bass line during the breakdown. Hell, yeah. I am all in. They closed almost all of their 100+ shows in 2022 with this song. Brought the house down every time--no matter who they were billing with or how big the crowd. "I'm not in danger, I'm the danger" one of the best of their many great lyrics.

This was from last March, 2022, when they opened for the Foo Fighters. This has been their final song at all their shows and just absolutely brings the house down, especially when Pau screams! Such a banger! Great reaction!

The music video for Money used concert footage from this show and studio audio. Yes, it is in Mexico. They were direct support for the Foo Fighters here. Cool song, from the Error album. As always, Ale's basslines are killer. Pau beats the heck out of the drums. Is this another case of the favorite song of a band being the one you are listening to? 🤣 Looking forward to the Enter Sandman double reaction. 🤘🤘

That was opening for foo fighters in the Foro sol and it is a forum of approximately 60,000 people (it varies a little depending on the event, but more or less), So small it's not😅, and it wasn't their first stadium either, this was the third one

Loved your video, Velcro! It's so hard for me to pick a favorite song. Their songs are all great. During their tour in the U.S., they had an activity that they called "The Jar Song". At each show, they let a member of the audience pick a random song from a jar, for them to play. These were older songs that didn't make the set list, for various reasons. It's been really cool hearing their current vocals on songs from years ago, when they were barely teenagers. It's almost like they're playing a cover of their own song. So, now all those "Jar Songs" are becoming favorites, all over again. It never ends. (Good thing, too!)

My favorite song by The Warning; Evolve has managed to fight off many challengers so far. I like the double reaction of Enter Sandman - I first discovered them via the official music video w/ Alessia Cara then the algorithm took me to their first cover... Starting with their first cover and then their version at Teatro Metropolitan is a great way to go! You could squeeze the OMV in between but it may make the video too long for your tastes, but it is really cool seeing who is singing which parts in it; the live version is a bit different but very cool.

Uno de mis temas favoritos y el MV merece la pena que le veas por como se rodó ;) Dices que no sabes a quien destacar, creo que es por esa sensación de The Warning es una unidad, hay algo que haría muy difícil cambiar a cualquiera de ellas por otra persona, aunque reconozco que Pau es mi favorita y en este tema está inmensa. En cuanto a las versiones de Enter Sandman, yo te diría de que hicieses ese vídeo con las tres versiones, primero la que hicieron siendo unas niñas, luego la versión que grabaron Alessia Cara para el Blacklist de Metallica en la que le dieron la vuelta al tema y finalmente la versión en vivo del Metropolitan, por que son tres versiones con muchas diferencias entre si y no creo que nadie se queje si el vídeo es un poco largo ;) Saludos desde España ;)
