Yes, it was autotune maxed out. Done for effect and to catch attention. Whether people love it or hate it, it works. Like slapping people in the face and saying "here I am!". Singing competition but she had permission to use it only in the intro to the song for effect. Arrangement by KZ, but loosely based on a version by Linkin Park. As you've noted, you have to have incredible talent to use autotune in that manner without it sounding like a mess.

Don't be so dramatic. She's using reverb to get peoples attention, then the main part of the song starts and it's her voice with no effects. She could just copy every single American singer and HEAVILY lace minimal live vocals with ridiculous amounts of auto tune, pre recorded vocals and layered effects, all wrapped up in more pre recorded crap. People are so annoying...

As I wrote, if she wanted to rap, she should have chosen rap and not a pop song that has no rap at all and completely changed it without respecting anything from the original song! You want to talk about respect, then the respect of the song is also important! It's not my fault she cheated by using autotune! I'm just stating the facts! Since when is it wrong to report cheating?
