Hi! I also thought this is a simple an small song, musically speaking, but where I'm living there is a saying that says "good essence is better in a small jar". I just added this song on my acoustic playlist. If you're a heartless, then we're two now. I think the fact that she told us the story behind the song before singing it, makes the result is not so moving. Thanks for discovering this performance, I'll dive a little more into her music. Is it not the right decision to sing a song that grabs people by the heart and emotions? You have a few minutes on stage to make an impact so choose a great song. To go on this stage, you do not need to be starting in your career. Stephanie is a brilliant singer songwriter. I have seen her on stage in Ireland once. Very modest performer unaware of her huge talent. I wish her the best in this show. She deserves it. Brave to sing an original number.

What I meant is that I prefer being "grabed" by a song and discover the story after, than having the feeling that the story behind the song is told to artificially increase the emotion the song should convey.....for me, this put me a bit out of the performance, while I would have probably be more deeply moved by the song on its own. beside that, she's a good singer and her performance was great. thanks
