Yes I was on the pitch with me 2 children. One of the best days of my life. Memories to last a lifetime. It meant everything to true wrexham fans. Ben Foster was outstanding, he came in to do a job and he did it very well. The whole team is truly special

I just love the ref at the end. You can see him movin close to exit before he blow that whistle, and as soon as he blow it, he just take off to not get run over haha😂

I played keeper for 8 years, and your comment about celebrating alone and running around like a dog doing zoomies was so on point I laughed pretty hard.

Notice how the ref waits till he's near the side-line to blow the whistle and then sprints towards the tunnel 😂 I wasn't at the game but spotted a load of people I know in this video. The team went out celebrating after the game and there's footage somewhere of Mullin and a few others behind the counter at McDonald's serving burgers at 2am haha. I was at the celebrations in the town a few days later and I've never experienced an atmosphere like it.

Hi guys, tony here! Love your vids! Just wanted to recommend a song that has recently been written by a local lad and life long fan of Wrexham AFC, the song is called “Where the dragon heart beats” and it’s on his brand new you tube channel called “Dai Meyers music” it’s a belter!

I think Trev is pulling your leg when he says Wrexham have a shop in Norwich. Maybe Norwich in the US but not in the UK.
@TouchyReactions11 ай бұрын
Maybe I misheard him. He could have been saying that they sell Wrexham gear in some shops in Norwich.

@brandonelkin316611 ай бұрын
No I totally get it and I enjoy watching people's genuine reactions and I THANK FOR THAT but it's to hard for me cause I watch THE PREMIER LEAGUE that's the top league Wrexham are hoping to get to one day I'm a MANCHESTER UNITED FAN even tho they suck the last few years but watching them keeps me interested in Wrexham and they play almost every Saturday but right now all the leagues are on a thing called international break where the Countries are playing so if a team like Wrexham have players that there Country wants them to represent them then they go play for them on the break I think the only player for Wrexham that is playing for there country is Jacob Mendy he's from Gambia
@fathertedcrilley398811 ай бұрын
So the documentary captures what it means to be from Wrexham really well, however the Ben Foster thing really grates with me because he signed to promote his podcast and nothing else. All that stuff about 'I signed for peanuts cos I love Wrexham'.... a load of bollocks. He came back out of retirement for the KZbin money and apart from the Notts game he was mostly poor. He's retired again since because he wasn't good enough
@TouchyReactions11 ай бұрын
Alrighty then....for what it's worth, I enjoyed his video.
@Tomurow11 ай бұрын
Whatever the motivation (I think he's been fairly clear YTube views was a deciding factor) I saw the last 8 games of that season, couldn't call Foster poor by any stretch - maybe the Halifax game... This season, not so much...
@danyellfeeley582211 ай бұрын
I thought he was great. His first game was amazing. He shut em down.
@helenab739011 ай бұрын
There's always one...😮😅
@NikstSWE11 ай бұрын
No he didn't. The youtube was an added bonus. And considering Ryan and Robs strategy of growing the club through more and more exposure it fell right in line with their philosophy. They wanted him to help them get promoted. Guess what, he did! Just the damn penalty save against Notts did that. He signed for 8 games, that was always the deal. To give them some experience in the last stretch. He did his job, he was rock solid most of the time during those 8 games. This year he realized he wasn't fast enough for League Two and rather then keep being a problem for Wrexham and force them to have a sit down with him later, he retired and made room for a new young goalie who is doing rather well so far.
