This EP is more special than most. Each song is part of a story about despair leading to a feeling of power and strenght. In "Love don't let me go" she is lying on the floor begging for love. Then in "Now I'm the Fool" she realizes she is decieved, and it hurts! In "Fire and Rain" she renews her hopes with her friend, but "All my fault" tells about her awakening self-conciousness searching for the way to master her situation. She now knows what to do to regain herself, carrying it further in "Good in Goodbyes" where the lover is seen as "a devil in disguise" and by leaving him, she learns how to strengthen herself. The growth is fullfilled in "Diamond". She has reached the place where she is meant to be, strong and shining. Just let darkness and despair surround me, it will only make me shine even brighter! The order of the songs on this EP is thus carefully planned, and of course you may be a bit confused when you play them in reverse order! Try them the other way around and you will find the whole EP even more interesting, a "per aspera ad astra" leading to the final, shining "Diamond".

Angelina and her co-writers were absolutely poetic with the lyrics of all the songs on this EP. The stories and messages they tell are much deeper that most pop songs out there. No line of lyrics in any of the songs are wasted-they blend and flow together with great fluidity.

Nice reaction guys! If you actually listened to all of the songs in their listed order on the EP, there is actually a story being told! If you listen to Love Don't Let Me Go, Now I'm The Fool, It's All My Fault, Fire And Rain, Good In Goodbyes, and Diamond, they are connected. When I listened to the EP a few times, I got from the songs that this was a story about love, love lost, dealing with the pain, recovering from it and being stronger and confident from it in the end. This is one heck of an EP and I've been listening to ite via streaming because all of these songs are really good! So proud of Angelina!

Angelina Jordan is a musical prodigy. She was singing at the age of one and this was information given by her mom. She had no power training and she loved blues Billie Holiday those type of singers and she just fell in love with music so much that she actually started writing songs she won Norwegian got talent competition at the age of seven at the age of 10 she was singing a song that was leaked to the public and her voice was undescribable. She’s often compared to listen to sound like other artists. I am not taking anything away from these other artist, but this young girl was singing their songs, but she always arranged them in a way that it became her song. I’ve been told that she has also been doing some production work and she’s only 17. And it is so refreshing to see a young woman becoming or developing into a musical dynamo, without using her body to climb the ladder of fame, she used her natural God-given talent, which is your voice. She is a true musical prodigy.❤🔥🔥🥹🌹🫠🥰❗👏🏼👏🏼

I am not sure if you are well informed on Angelinas back story. Her Grandma Mery is her mentor as Mery was a child prodigy in poetry and painting. Mery guided Angelina through exploring her talent and was a big supporter. Angelina would have received her grandmothers genes regarding talent which is why her song writing skills are so extraordinary.

So, yes, I've been so lucky to be able to put that into music and share the love with you guys and basically storytell the whole journey to you, all my beautiful Angels, my fans. [reads online comment:] "That journal is priceless." Aww! You know, I have this whole bookshelf in my room and it's filled with a bunch of stuff that I write every single day. When I'm in the studio, I vibe, I jam to the piano. It just comes out, you know. That's where the magic happens!"

As you all may know, I started at a very very young age and I've always known that music is what I've been wanting to do my whole life. And now I'm gonna go way back in time, but I used to have dolls on the couches and I'd put them as if they're my audience. And I'd perform for them and sing. It's just been a dream of mine. I remember thinking that… ugh, imagine being on stage in the spotlight. [songs starts in the background: Fire And Rain] And I can remember my mom used to take me to theaters and I saw the shows and plays and I was like: oh my goodness, how incredible is it with someone in the middle of the spotlight.. making everyone so happy, entertaining people and making people emotional. From that moment I was like: I know that singing and music is what I'm going to do"

Hi guys! What I think is that it's amazing how all the songs lyrics, mainly written by Angelina has gotten many reactors attention (and of course her fans). This is not a usual thing. People tend to focus on the music. The EP is not only about her unbelievable voice and rendition but also about the meaning behind these lyrics. One common "error" (if I can call it that) is that not everything is about "romantic love". Many can apply to other situations with friends and relationships. Like in "Good in Goodbyes" for example, in my opinion is getting the strength for leaving behind a toxic or bad relationship with someone or people who have deceived you or wanted to take you in the wrong path. All of them are empowerment lyrics that sends a clear message that you matter, that you are worth and that you can get out of any situation, regain your self esteem and be free to sore like you are meant. Just my interpretation. When people asks how she could sing and transmit such powerful emotions from such a young age, I always thought that she draws inspiration from universal love, experiences, hurts, that even when you are a child you can understand in some way and share with others. Well, I got kind of carried away, lol! With Angelina is difficult not to :)

I haven't been this impressed by an accumulation of songs this excellent since Amy's 'Back To Black' album that was a Grammy winner. In fact, her song 'Rehab' was voted 'Song Of The Year'. It wouldn't surprise me if Angie duplicates Amy's Grammy's, for like Amy, Angelina's lyrics throughout the 'EP' are 'deep' and 'profound with all songs being 'Grammy worthy' to me. The songs progress to a level of intricate, complexity that brings into play a multitude of genres that are truly interconnected with regard to story lines that are outstanding.

Great reaction guys. If the songs on the EP are listened to in order they seem to tell a story. I don’t know if this was her intent. The order is: Love Don’t Let Me Go Now I’m the Fool Fire and Rain All My Fault Good In Goodbyes Diamond Angelina says that her song ideas and lyrics come from her journals that she has been writing since she was a little girl. She probably inherited her lyric writing ability from her Grandma Mery who was a child prodigy artist and poet. Angelina says that her songs are very personal. However, although some of these songs seem like breakup songs they may not necessarily be about relationships. There could be other meanings. She has said that she doesn’t have time for boys because she is focusing on her career. She has said that some of these songs are about not letting life or people get you down and to always stay positive and strong. That’s the same message in her song 7th Heaven. She has a concert at the Music Hall in Portsmouth New Hampshire on September 22

All My Fault came before Good And Goodbyes and Diamond was last, so the EP follows an order of this break-up, 1st Love Don't Let Me Go, then, Now I'm The Fool, All My Fault (taking on the blame trying to save the relationship), Good in Goodbyes (realizing it was not her fault and why), Diamond (She is better than good) and Diamond is my favorite. But it makes works better played in order. Still loved your reaction.

if you look at her videos when she was a child and singing the song that you are mine even if you don’t want me or something on the mic, the song escapes me at seven boys now they are some young kids that have started out as a young age singing, but it was more so programmed or they were part of the same family. They had to training things of that nature she did not, all of her music was on pure talent and that’s some thing that is rare she sings from her song she arranges music to sound the way it supposed to sound from her soul and it touches your soul because you can feel the authenticity of her voice, and the sincerity in her style of singing but most importantly and I’m 57 years old and I for believe that she has a old soul within her that’s pumping out this project talent and then to town around in through this is such a young age and I can’t she is working off of pure talent not sexuality and partial nudity to sell her wreckage of the soul her music she is using her music to sell her music. She’s using her talent progress and sell her music now what other people do to sell the music is with a Tuesday to do but personally I’m tired of seeing half naked women gyrating in singing lyrics that arches foul to sell their record. How about selling your pure talent and that’s what I love about Angelina the old style hairdos in the black-and-white videos in the song with I got a crush on you, it was just she was farting on a musical talent than her actual age and I love her. I will always support her and as I stated I’m 57 and I never heard such ride talent from a young child that was not taught saying that way for program to think that way. This is definitely a musical prodigy.

Notice the Rhymes? Like some Poems. Remember Grandmother Mary? She also was a “Prodigy”, hers in Artistic Painting and Poetry. I’m pretty sure she’s been teaching Angelina since she was very young, how to wright poems or songs. She did wright some songs when she was 11 and 12. In fact, Angelina said she has written over 100 songs. Angelina has been keeping a Daily Journal since she was Six. She said she wrights every day in her journal. Angelina Wrote a Book at 8 (called Between Two Hearts) and became the youngest Published Author in Norway. She has been a Singer/songwriter for a long time but she’s more known for her covers, which she sings everyday, and most likely since she was two (my guess).

As usual, you two put a lot into these reactions and I really find your comments interesting. I'm sure you have discovered by now that the order of these songs in the EP was intentional and creates a message arc to define "Old Enough". Her-story, while well-intended by Angelina because she doesn't yet know better, is unfortunately a misplaced and inaccurate jab at Western civilization. The word historia comes from Greek then Latin, so was part of human languages long before the English 'his' ever existed.
