Thank you for your reaction to the Missioned Souls band from the Philippines! Very impressive family band indeed with young kids imbued with musical talents beyond their ages. The little drummer is Ice at 10 yrs; Stacey is 11 yrs, vocals/rhythm guitar; Neisha is 14 yrs, lead guitar/back-up vocals; and Naces 15 yrs, keyboard/back-up vocals . The girls are multi-instrumentalists. Mom Sheena is main vocals/video editing and Dad Secan on bass/sound mixing engineer.

I did tap on the subscribe button. Thank you for appreciating our culture. I came from the Visayan region. Growing up in Cebu but went home to Dumaguete Negros Oriental where I came from originally. I used to live in the mountain where there was zero civilisation. Only mountain rice fields and sugar cane plantation you see. Birds are my music when I was a little boy. Amen to you. All the best.

……How does a Philippine Mom and Dad raise 4 children and manage to do this…… …….Every week the Family learns 2 -4 new songs...Its always a surprise ...........Sometimes its just the kids doing some Hard Rock or Pop Punk....then sometimes its the whole family doing Ska or Oldies or Philippine Pop or Gospel Tunes......Then its a full day setting everything up to record.....Then takes another day of Dad mixing sound..Then Mom has to edit............ ........I wonder how they choose songs…. if they take turns or draw names from a hat ??...Its pretty amazing to think they have never played most of these before...They just all learn their parts then set up the gear...and belt it out........ ………………………………. …………..
