Ghost had a total of 5 female members so far. Megan Thomas played bass during a short period during Meliora tour, then during Prequelle tour they added Laura Scarborough on keyboards and Dylan Louise on piano and both doing backing vocals live. At the very beginning of Impera tour they added Sophie Amelkin doing only backing vocals, but recently she was replaced by Olivia Morreale for the same role. So 3 in the current lineup. Laura stands up, she's incredibly adorable.

To answer your question, Tobias is saying "In God we trust", as is written on American money. The "mummy dust" in question is money and earthly wealth - the stuff that was buried with mummies because the Egyptians thought they could take it with them. We know we can't but still people still hoard more wealth than they could spend in 100 lifetimes. This song's a comment on that. During this song at live shows, they shoot "mummy dust" fake money with Papa's face on it out of cannons. Still got some from the last time I saw them

It's about money, and the evils thereof. That said, there are plenty of other possibilities for interpretation. Also, there are several Ghoulettes. 2 keyboardists/vocalists, and a percussionist/vocalist. Additionally, the confetti blown out is accompanied by $666 bills, with various members of the Clergy. Different members on the bills of different tours.

The song fact you read is correct. The song is famous for two things.. Laura Scarborough:s keytar solo and the Ghost 666 Dollars that are blasted out on the audience. I personally have three of them in my collection. There are three Ghoulettes (females) in the live setting of Ghost. Laura Scarborough (Cirrus ) and Mad Gallica (Cumulus) on keyboard and backing vocals and Olivia Morreale (Aurora) on backing vocals. The Ghoulettes has different helmets than the men. Tobias loves this song since he thinks it's their only heavy song and he can use his old death metal voice again.

I love this one so much. Especially live preformance. Papa is just amazing and the moves and energy are hot af 🥵🥵🥵🥵. Plus we have amazing Ghoulettes that shine here more so. Also lowkey lyrics are sometimes ruined for me cause from time to time I just remember "What does your mama do? My mummy dust" and it takes me right out of song 😂😂

Wealth and greed .Thomas Aquinas (Dominican Priest in the 13th century) was described the son of greed (avarice -which is named in the song ) as "Mammon being carried up from Hell by a wolf, coming to inflame the human heart with Greed". A LOT of Ghost's lives he says that mammon was an evil person and they’ve written a song for him - Mummy Dust 😊

Anyone who thinks the lyrics are about trusting in god... I don't know what to tell you. You don't understand Ghost at all. The "in god you trust" part is about money. Your god is on your money. And your money is your god. That's why the "confetti" is money. The lyrical analysis you read must have been written by a theist who wants to pretend Ghost thinks god is your salvation away from money. This is how people corrupt artistic intent with their own ideologies, then people read this garbage and think that's what it means... because so many people SUCK at understanding art.
