Forgiven...I generally do not cuss. But, and there is always a but, "holy shit" in the appropriate context is not cussing, it is a sincere expression of astonishment on a visceral gut level. Dan

Love your posters....just sayin'. Lol..lol... Asians speak Spanish....lol....not so unusual if you stop and think what amazing linguists they have to be. I mean, Mandarin Chinese is one of the hardest languages to learn, what with all the tonal differences as well as inflections that create dialects regionally. Spanish is likely a walk in the park for them....barely even qualifies as a speed bump to learn. He was very humorous in this story. As for the last name bit that started it all....my last name is rather uncommon and is an interesting word meaning "famine". It is also German. I am not. I am Welsh/Irish and look Native American. A throwback to a great-great grandmother who was Shawnee. It has provoked some interesting curses, intimidation, and often embarrassing situations. I once was asked on an Indian Reservation if I was new to the area and what tribe was I from. I was so mortified telling them I was only visiting the state and affiliated with no tribe. I left quickly after that, afraid to tell them I was mostly a mongrel-blooded American. Overall, I liked his stories and would like to hear him again. I also like Christopher Titus. He is quite in your face with his ranting style, but, hey....sometimes you just need to have someone rant about life in general. Anyway, thanks Michael. See you next time.

Doubt it, Mandarin is one of the slowest languages in the world while Spanish is the second fastest in the world and to change speech patterns like that takes A LOT of time.
