Dimash is a 29-year-old Kazakh vocalist and composer; He speaks Kasakh, Russian and English and is learning Mandarin Chinese. He sings in more than 14 languages, plays 7 musical instruments. He graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Arts with a master's degree in composition and would be completing a doctorate in musicology. He also dances, acts and is an advertising model (he is 6.3 feet tall). He has received countless awards and honors around the world. Been watching your channel on and off for a while now so its amazing to see you reacting to Dimash. He's very underappreciated, although in recent years people have started to take notice of not only his voice but also his emotional expression, stage presence, and everything else that makes him great. He's currently working on a full English album inspired by western music, featuring songs from a bunch of different genres. Most people would recommend you check out some of the crazier vocal performances first, such as Stranger or Olympico, but I think you should consider checking out 'When I've Got You' for one of the new album releases. Its very different from his usual but I think you might enjoy it.

If we consider whistle is a part of the type of voice, then yes , he goes down to bass type of voice too. There were times in his concerts that he went down to G0, G1, D1, F1 etc… his territory of headvoice is F6 and G6, then he has to flip to whistle after that on 7th octave. Also , his head mix is C6 .

He has never done G6. F#6 only. He does not whistle. He skips whistle (not sure if he can do it) and goes to hiss register (m4) where he goes e7-d8. He has almost never done c6 mixed note other than once or twice which was basically a power yell at the end of a phrase. Bb5, maybe b5 is the highest mix he usually uses in songs.

@@NoUsernamaein his Concert i forgot where but , at the begining of the show , he threw a whole head voice G6 out there to open the show . I don’t think you have watched enough of his performaces, he did that headmix C6 with a Chinese singer in a show in China.

@@kevinnguyen5042 I know exactly which mixed c6 with the Chinese singer you're talking about which is what I referenced. You'll have to show me the g6. I've looked quite a lot. And I have watched hundreds of his performances. I wouldn't mind watching more, but I've definitely not "not watched enough". When someone can comfortably mix c6, it's very visible. Look up sohyang c6 mix and you'll see what I mean.

The bald man playing piano is the composer of “Stranger.” Ukrainian-born Russian composer and impresario Igor Krutoy came out of retirement to work with Dimash and write for his unique vocal range on this piece and others. The top note Dimash hit following the folkloric segment is an F6, the same top note as in the Queen of the Night’s aria in Mozart's "Die Zauberflöte." In fact, it has been reported that Dimash periodically uses the Queen of the Night aria to warm up before a concert.

You've stumbled upon the best ever--and I do mean that literally. It's been almost a year and half since I found Dimash here on KZbin and I can honestly say that he has changed my life. I'm writing this from my apartment in Budapest; tomorrow I'll meet up in the morning with other Dimash fans--we call ourselves Dears because that's what Dimash named his worldwide fan base--and in the evening I will listen live to the best vocalist in the history of humankind: DIMASH. Doesn't Stranger showcase so much of what is almost divine about Dimash? Thanks for showcasing it. Do more Dimash reactions and I'll be here for it. Cheers! P.S. Hello. I'm a Dear as well. Almost 2 years. Yes Dimash is the greatest vocalist. I can't see how anyone could be better then him. He feels impossible. But he's still human. His voice goes out of pitch sometimes when he sings. The only perfect singer is autotune. If he never needed pitch correction, that would mean he would be autotune. The fact that he isn't perfect is what adds emotion to the song. Making it perfect strips away the humanity and emotion in the songs. 🙂 But yes. I call him the Impossible Singer. I'm so jealous you got to see him! Ugh I want to so much. I hope he does a concert in the States again soon. Soon as in soon soon. 😬 I'm so sad I can't go to his concerts ☹️🤞
