First Time Scuba Diving in Anilao, Philippines (PADI Open Water with Manila Dive Academy)

Taking my PADI Open Water Checkout Dives in Anilao, Batangas, Philippines. That first breath underwater was incredible.

Hey Charles! This was 2 years ago, but I paid about 18,000 PHP (roughly £200+) for the whole Open Water course including my PADI book, equipment rental, and 6 dives at a resort in Anilao with Manila Dive Academy. I paid the same for the Advanced Open Water certification. Hope that helps :)

@@charlesacenas1619 No problem! MDA is based in Manila but the certification takes place in Anilao usually. There are plenty of other dive shops around but I prefer them because they feel like family. Certification = becoming licensed. Once you pass then you are officially a scuba diver :) training is included in the license, but you can take some introductions and try diving for fun first before committing to the training!
