I was lucky enough to see them twice in the UK. The 1st time was with their Sister Group, The Emotions! This was in the late 70’s . The Concert was amazing and the Visuals where something else!💖 I think that one is Boogie Wonderland with both groups performing together!

Just another feel good song from a band who made it their mission..positive, fun music. FYI: EWF was about family...3 brothers and 2 cousins in the band. This reminds me how dominant Columbia Records was back then..On top of these guys they also had: Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Journey, Santana, Toto, Gladys Knight & the Pips, etc on their roster. Next EWF song. The powerfully funky.Mighty, Mighty..you'll be dancing like u won the lottery!

I’m so thankful that I grew up during the 70s and 80s. I am what you would call a metalhead, but where I grew up was a diverse group of people. I’m mixed race, and I grew up with white, black, Hispanic, Asian and Pacific Islanders. So I got to listen to all kinds of great music, including bands like the Commodores. Music was just great during that era. Every genre was fun to listen to. I have to say this is a song I haven’t heard in years and boy did it bring back some great memories, seventh grade dance with my girlfriend. That was a long time ago 😂😂😂 Fun reaction.👏👏👏

Big baby , HAH ! MY Grandmother thought that any baby under 12 pounds didn't stand a chance of surviving . Of course she started having kids back in 1897 , when they grew them bigger . Dad was a 15 pounder , and his older sister outwieghed him . I don't know about the other six kids , except that four of them did not survive .
