My all time favorite female artist. Beaufiful voice, elegant stage presence, very classy and no diva bs. The Sade band is as good as it gets. I have both of their live concert DVD's and the live versions of their songs are all much better than the original studio. Their sound is so full in concert. I wish they had released albums of those live recordings as well.

This band is actually India Arie's band, Sade borrows them. Lovers Live 2001 is the best live version through and through. That DVD is a 💎 gem.

Sade ACTUALLY has a song called “Mermaid” in her Love Deluxe album. Instrumental only but beautiful and in her official video for No Ordinary Love, she morphs into that mermaid you see on stage right there. lol I agree with all that commentary too hermano😂 love it!

She's beautiful and exceptional live! Fantastic band mates. I saw her at an outdoor venue in Columbus Ohio on Sept. 10th, 2001. The next day was 9/11!

I saw her at Jones Beach Amphitheater in NY Facing the stage, Atlantic Ocean behind. The stage... The waves of the ocean delivering the waves of Sade & her band.... Oh it was pure heaven... Lucky enough to see her twice at that same venue! ❤️

Ohh wow Amanda, girl, same date, same night I was at an ACDC concert, got home late, and couldn't believe what was happening that next morning,..had left the tv on , had watched something once I got home, 1, 2a.m., fell asleep emembered Katie Curic was on, just barely awake hearing her say something about it being unreal, like a movie,..referring to what was happening in front of our eyes,..like you, different concerts, but we had had such a fun night,..great time, and then waking up to that terrible happening, it's really something,..Godspeed, Peace ✌

She glides across that stage like the sexy siren that she is. The only thing sexier than her moves, is her voice. And her band is classic cool with that jazz infused sax and muted trumpet. The bass player with some tasty licks. I love when the band gets into it just as much as the frontperson. Adds to the performance. I am going to watch this again. Love the reaction my brother.
