From the Website -
After several years of testing different frame lengths and wheel sizes, we are proud to present our most specialized Wizard Skating frames to date.
The Wizard Advanced frames are an evolution of our Progressive Rocker (PR) frames. Developed for experienced Wizard skaters looking to advance their skills to a new level.
Designed with a combination of 100mm outer wheels and 80 or 84mm inner wheels (depending on the boot size). The outer wheels extend beyond and above the boot’s base to provide superior balance for toe and heel tricks, while the 3 smaller wheels under the foot help maintain a low centre of gravity (more control), and shorter effective contact (more maneuverability).
Features:
Progressive Rocker
100/80mm wheels, 344mm frame base
100/84mm wheels, 356mm frame base
UFS mounting
Made in Canada
Includes 10 steel frame axles
Includes 4 UFS mounting bolts + washers
Frame options based on boot size:
Advanced 100/80 for Wizard boot size 43 or smaller
Advanced 100/84 for Wizard boot size 44 or larger
*These frames are designed with the boot size in mind to allow the outer wheels to extend beyond and above the boot’s base… Meaning that the smaller frame option will not physically fit on the larger boot sizes.
**The Wizard Advanced frames are not recommended for beginners or skaters that are new to Wizard skating.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aggressive inline skating (referred to by participants as rollerblading, blading, skating, street skating, rolling, roller freestyle or freestyle rolling) is a sub discipline of inline skating in the action sports canon. Aggressive inline skates are specially modified to accommodate grinds and jumps. Aggressive skating can take place on found street obstacles or at skate parks.
In 1980, a group of ice hockey players in Minnesota were looking for a way to practice during the summer.[1] Scott and Brennan Olson formed the company Rollerblade, Inc., to sell skates with four polyurethane wheels arranged in a straight line on the bottom of a padded boot.[1] In 1988, Rollerblade introduced the first aggressive inline skate, the Rollerblade Lightning TRS. Aggressive inline skating developed as an organized sport in the early 1990s.[2] In 1994 the National Inline Skate Series, better known as NISS was launched as the first aggressive skating competition series. Promoters Rick Stark and Mark Billik sold Taco Bell on sponsoring the series for $150,000 and a six stop series was born. NISS, went strong for 5 years holding contests in Los Angeles, New York, Rome and Brazil. NISS was the first series to put aggressive inline on television with an ESPN deal for the 1994 series and later moving the competition series to PRIME TICKET-Fox Sports. The Aggressive Skaters Association (ASA) was formed by a number of aggressive inline skaters in 1995 as a forum to develop rules governing competitions and equipment.[2] The sport was included in the first ESPN X-Games in 1995 and included vertical ramp and street event competitions.[3] It reached its height in popularity in the late 90s, with mainstream movies like Disney's Brink! and other films. The brand "Senate", run by Arlo Eisenberg and several other prominent skaters, enjoyed mainstream popularity during the 1990s.
Founded by company owners/skating legends Brian Shima, Jon Julio, and Kato Mateu and supported by all major skate companies, the World Rolling Series (WRS) links together the best skaters, event organizers, retailers and skate parks and aims to "create a tighter knit community, increase overall awareness and set a higher standard for aggressive rollerblading." The WRS circuit started in 2009 with 10 established professional contests in France, Netherlands, England, Spain, Argentina, Australia and the United States. In 2012, WRS included 100+ amateurs and professional events in over 20 countries.[4]

So my approach to wizard skating has been not to look up any tutorials or moves specifically. I'm trying to feel out the frames and discover moves and techniques naturally for myself first before I dive in completely. I might end up with some bad habits to correct, but at the same time its fun discovering for yourself what these setups are capable of. Getting into a flow state with these is really easy and I love that about this style. Also, try them at your local park. It's a lot of fun there too.

For a first timer this is great. I went from the PR frame to the Advanced and it got a bit of time to get used to how long the frame is, it was pretty frustrating but after a while i got the hang of it. pretty fun to play around.

Thanks for the video, it's a good perspective to see - someone experienced in agressive trying out Wizard for the first time. I'll soon be trying the PR80 frames on my Adapt Brutale's (if my wheels ever get here! Stupid international shipping), and I expect to have far more trouble than you have! I'm interested to see more sessions while you have the boots. Maybe try the frames on other boots you have so you can comment on how the Seba boot alters the feel? And if you're allowed, maybe use the Seba's for aggressive (I noticed in the unbox they came with soul plates) one session and see how you like them for that.

For your first go at wizard you are doing great. Likely the athleticism you possess is helping. Best advice I can give is just have fun and feel what youre doing more than see it. Cryptic I know but when you mention body weight aligning with the swivel point of the middle wheel, thats really a huge factor. Im far from an advanced skater in any category (unless keyboards count) but I can say the wizard advanced frames are kinda a cheat code for most of the wizardy moves compared to the other frames. Look for even better rolling experience once the wheels break in and try a thinner liner, different or no insole, heel pad swaps, etc in that size 8 before you jump to a 9... the snugger the shell fits, the better the responsiveness.

Thank you Justin. These aren’t my skates, wish I had made that clear. I’m borrowing them and they’re definitely too small. I skated some sx2s today with nr100s intuitions 27-27.5cm and it was sized (what I think was) perfectly. Just needed a heat mould (also not my skates) I definitely understand what you mean with just FEEL what you’re doing instead of TRYING. I found when I just “let go” (fight club reference) things often went better. I’ll have to pick up a pair of these for myself someday. Thank you for your feedback 🙏🤝

Thanks for the video. I would've liked more commentary and demonstration on how you felt about the boot / liner. My skates have been Flying Eagle F6S for a few years, and I do have some minor comfort issues with them. I'm thinking about doing a wizard setup in 4x90 or so, so I can still city skate but add some more spinning and flow in. So I'm in a full hardboot right now and would be interested in hearing more about the boot/liner. It's a big world with lots of options...

When i learned or as i learn, i basically just worked on carving, and kept tightening up the carves till it popped around, then i worked the other ways and one foot variations. Also i saw you working on some toe presses.. the most important thing i learned, was to press the arches of my feet together and roll them inward slightly, this keeps the feet together and tracking correctly and also keeps the legs together and for me was easier then trying to do all of that individually. I know it's an older video but just seeing it now, also shameless plug, i did a 30 day skate challenge on them and documented it on my channel. Doing 30 mins a day really nailed a lot of comfort into my wizard and aggressive skating

I haven't been able to bring myself to spend the money on a proper Wizard frame yet, but I've been emulating the movements with my 4x80 flat setup (Ground Control HD frame / FR AP UFR intuition) and getting awesome results. The moves can definitely be made with conventional flat frames but it definitely gets easier when the wheels are a little bit broken in to a rocker. I just wish that the Wizard frames came in metallic blue like my GC's.

I think it might be a fad - my hockey inliners with a straight frame are "naturally rockered" after a short amount of time because the front and back wheels wear down faster than the middle wheels. In general rubber vs. concrete is a very different dynamic than blade vs. ice, it also takes me 1-2 sessions to adjust the dynamics and "intuitive expectations" of my body when I change beween the two.

Us8 boot skates the same shell as us9, I'm in the UK 9 boot and when attempting to squeeze into the uk8 I knew it just wouldn't be sustainable. So sounds like we have similar size feet. My longest is 270 mondopoint. The uk9 are nice for me comfort wise I have a little wiggle room for my toes. The CJ prime liner is lacking in heel/Achilles lock but other than that I like them. Got a 100/80roka frame recently so enjoying learning the swivels.

Those seba's the plastic or carbon fiber? Also, did you have to get different UFS bolts for the frames to fit without soul plates? I'm running some plastic sebas with NN frames but I'm having issue with the UFS bolts. Also not super sure if the plastic bottom is good for this kind of skating. Dont want to torque out my boots for no reason. (Side note, do you see any reason why I shouldnt wizard with the stock seba soul plates? They dont really extend past the side much at all..
@iRollerboot

Plastic CJs. Used same frame bolts I’m pretty sure. I don’t see why it would be an issue with the soul plates unless you’re REALLY getting steep on turns, but I’m a beginner so not too sure.

Cool to see someone trying wizards for the first time, I like how honest the video is :) You’re spot on about weight distribution- the rule of thumb I apply is when swiveling facing, forward, I apply pressure on the front wheels, and when fakie, the weight is more in the heels. That should help with getting “stuck” in a swivel. Other thing as mentioned above is that all wizard moves are basically edge transfer, center edge is not really used as much as the inside/outside. Hope you get to try these more as it looks like you’re well on your way to casting concrete spells ❤
