First Time Travel Experiment Succeeded

In 2022, a couple of scientist squads from Oxford and Vienna pulled off a real mind-bender. They did this experiment where they split up a photon using some fancy crystal mojo. And get this: the photon ended up cruising through both the past and the future at the same time! It's like time travel, but with a twist-'cause, ya know, there are always exceptions to the rule. But hey, it's still pretty darn cool to think about, right? Makes you wonder what other crazy stuff's out there waiting to be discovered!

Actually, everyone and everything in the known universe IS time traveling to the future at the rate of 1 second per second 😏…. BUT, going faster than that is also possible: the closer someone gets to moving at the speed of light, the faster they travel forward in time. For them, what feels like a few minutes to everyone else might be hours or weeks or even years depending on how fast they are moving

Based on my own understanding of this video to go back in time is to only repair something if its broken or to undo what you did or what just happened for example if someone died in a car crash we can reverse that so that the person comes back to life and like the car accident didn't happen

You do travel to the future..! EVERYDAY..! You'll be a day in the future tomorrow, a week in the future next week etc... We all time travel 1 sec in the future every sec - astronauts on the ISS experience time slower then you, as do satellites that orbit the earth, this is because they travel really fast in comparison to us all on Earth, it's very small difference but this can be made greater by speeding them up - so compared to them you are traveling to the future quicker then them 😁

so, an increase in the qubit count would result in an decrease in success rate. does that mean that if we keep inceasing the qubit count, the success rate could posibly go in negative . why do want that ?(you might be asking ) well its simple ,if a decrease in success rate stops us from going in the past ,does that mean by reveseal ,if we are somehow able to decrease the success rate below 0 and in negaive we could go in the future by time speeding up rather then our object or making time go in reverse. coz if reverse is possible why not forward.

That's not how success rate works. It becomes increasingly less likely infinitely we just agree on a limit where we say that it won't happen. Data that is shown here might be hypothesised before the experiment but the results are usually completely surprising when it happens and needs years or months of further study just to understand how it happened plus it's experimental data tabulated on a computer which specifically works in abstracts that a human brain can't work with because despite our ability to think in abstracts, we have a clear understanding of the world around us we know for example that you can't put your hand through a brick wall, it's difficult for your brain to apply a different rule to the wall and your hand so you can't make the calculations yourself, your brain simply can't throw the rules of the world away whilst a computer whilst knowing the rules can subvert them because it never has and never will apply them. The logic you're applying is that the average lethal dose of cyanide is 250mg so if we give increasingly smaller doses eventually we'll make someone immortal. If it was as easy to take any data to an extreme limit to get a reverse result the world would be in a much different state.

I time travel frequently. Sometimes I leave the east coast and arrive at the west coast a few minutes before I left. When I go from the West coast to the east, I will be in the air for only 4 hours but it will be 8 hours later when I land.

How is that time travel? I can take a step forward then take a step backwards. What does that have to do with time travel? Are they saying for instance on a large scale such as an explosion that causes damage, you could reverse the explosion and the damage it caused, then prevent the explosion from ever occuring? Or would whatever exploded just reverse back to before it exploded, and explode again. If I took a step forward then a step backwards, then there were 2 people taking a step forward there would be a lower success rate of both of us taking a step backward, then 3 people, and so on.
