Chains to make it better and a little more safer, some highways let you go through, unless you have chains I want from Los Angeles to Oregon and Eureka California we have mandatory training in the mountains right now in Los Angeles it is 57° coming through Eureka yesterday was 10° just be careful and take your time and if you’re truck do not slam on the brakes and do not turn the wheel certainly just gave me a little bit of gas, and it will regain traction to be able to pull over

Hey Jas, I’m in Tipton, IA reporting a load. It’s a lot of truckers that didn’t shut down when they should’ve last night. These roads is horrible and I’m driving tonight, but I’m going to take my time and be safe like you said. Always put God first (in Jesus name) and then remember simulation training JUST SLOW DOWN! That load appointment time can be changed so, keep in touch with your DM and trust your knowledge. If you don’t feel safe park it, but take your time. DON’T LET NO ONE RUSH YOU! They can go around. Praying for your safety, stay prayed up and I’ll see you soon.

You're doing great...driving in snow is not bad. When you lose your rooster tail that means it sticking and getting slippery. Drive to your comfort level....I retire in August after 31yrs of this life.

Fellow Prime driver here. I left the SLC terminal yesterday morning. Got to the Loves at Ontario, OR and stopped for the night. Tried to get past Cabbage Hill last night but chain laws were in effect. Not throwing chains because I threw out my back last winter while chaining. Its 1700 now and still at the Loves. Chain laws are still in effect and I-84 westbound is now closed due to multiple accidents. I keep updating dispatch expecially not throwing chains. They will either repower or report to the 90 and get a new appt date. Be safe out there!!!

I’m a driver I’m local in Atlanta. We had schools shutdown Thursday and Friday. No snow thank the high Heaven but I’m dropping down to Jacksonville tomorrow for my orientation for my new company. But lady I was OTR the year before last and early last year and I hit the big storm that hit the southeast and east coast right before Christmas and baby chile that was it for me. I’m proud of you. I’m an Atlanta girl to the heart me and snow ain’t cool.

Love driving in the snow! Sit back at a speed of about 25 mph and roll. Use to love driving in up state New York too. I'd wake up when the snow plow guys get up and drop my vehicles at the dealership. You look totally different without makeup lol. Harpo who dis woman 😂

Please be careful, remember the RULES with MPH, bad weather, them curves and following distance. DRESS WARM WITH THERMALS, INSULATED SOCKS AND BOOTS, HOT TEA AND SOUPS. Some good advice for another fellow Southerner going into the Midwest or the Northeast always prep your windshield's with water repellent like rain x it'll keep the snow and rain away and your windshield clean without using the wipers much! Also have fuel additive handy and a small thing of salt for them slippery dock ways! YAH speed and stay safe out there sis!
