So far, you guys are the only foreigner who have tried this "sate klopo" and made the vlog of it. I havent seen somebody sold "sate klopo" anywhere else but surabaya. For me, its the best satay i ve tasted. So, you guys are lucky. Well, i notice there are two restaurants sell this in Jakarta. But im not sure about the taste. I mean, its gonna be still good tho. Oh, Its not onion by the way, but shallots. Most indonesian use shallots in our cooking. We barely use onion in fact. Shallots have smaller size than onion but tastier.
