23:38 - Roti Sai-Mai.. (Roti Thai traditional style)... Once in 2023 when Lisa of Blackpink came home to visit, she shared her trip in Ayudhaya, buying and eat this one. It's one in many Thai dessert she likes. 🙂 And with Khanom Krok, the different seasonings inside make the original taste of Khanom Krok becomes weaker. / Only one seasoning which doesn't have this effect is "coconut". // Because if we don't put any seasoning inside, Coconut milk is already its main ingredient. I love to eat it purely, very delicious. Good to be both meal's entrée or dessert. 🙂

There are more than 10 million foreign workers from neighbouring countries (Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam) in Thailand and most of them live in Bangkok. It 's very likely that you come across these people more than Thais. They look a bit different from Thais though. They are a lot shorter, slimmer, and darker (particularly Cambodian). Most of them speak Thai.

That’s absolutely crazy! Hopefully they’re here in Thailand for the right reasons and not to cause trouble or be a nuisance to the Thai people. Based on what we know, Thai people do work really hard and a lot of them have a smile on their face doing their job.

As a Thai, I recommend 1.Maepranom Thai chilli paste in a glass bottle (good for cooking stir fried meat/noodle, tom yum soup, Thai chilli crab/chicken ) Choose the less hot type) 2. Dried tom yum herb in a package 3. Maepranom Thai chilli paste spread for bread (put pork floss on top of the chilli paste bread, guarantee) 4.Curry paste (Green curry, panang, tom ka) Can be either Lobo or Kanonkwan brand You can make green curry fried rice from the green curry paste beside only curry soup 5.pork floss (moo yong) I write this list in Thai so you can show a staff in a super market.

I don't think you will have extra time to look around an open-air market in some Thai universities such as Mahidol (Friday), Chula, Silpakorn, Thammasat etc. I go to only Mahidol friday market since near me. A lot of cheap and tasty international food, and also various products. Since you are in the city, may be you can go to Srinakarin wirot university in Asok (SWU)- every Friday evening 4-9 pm and on this 19th there will many shows performed beside food and products.

There is an anti-flicker mode on the go pro, try change it to 50 fps instead of 60 fps. you have to match your frame rate with the frequency of the lights you are in. In North and South America it’s 60 Hz and in Europe, Africa and Asia, it’s 50Hz.

I don’t think so. I had a small tummy ache once in the beginning but maybe because it was due to the spices 😅😅😅. Caroline for sure did not. We did hear that people do get it here in Thailand but so far, we’re okay 👍😃.

Ahh 🤣. Thank you for the translation. I eventually caught the coconut and sugar but not the flour. Only 3 ingredients but very good and interesting 😃❤️🫰🙏!

Please be careful to eat ready-to-eat food cooked with coconut milk and milk during this hot weather. Unless it's a freshly prepared dish because we don't know how long the vendor made the dish before that. I wish both of you good luck and happiness throughout your stay in our country.
