1. Atomic DMA is best and expensive too 2. U need 2 pc.. One for gaming (main) and one for cheating (must be i5 Or i7 and ram more then 8gb and 512 rom with 1650 graphics card) 3. Yes it's safe for main accounts and it's also very expensive to have a full DMA setup.

Fuser takes two video outputs and combines them into a single video output, thus overlaying 1 into the other. The cheat will only draw the esp onto a blank window that is a certain color the fuser filters out. It's like a green screen effect.

Dma is fully external 2nd pc, it's not injecting anything as that would destroy the entire point of dma being non intrusive. According to ufrisk it's theoretically possible to create a dll injector using pcileech but it's a very large amount of work which has little to no documentation. I'm just pointing out that it's highly unlikely that PO actually injects anything given their entire cheat is still running on 2nd pc.
